Pros:

Hanno accolto benissimo mio suocero ipovedente, ha soggiornato da loro per un paio di giorni...
Francesco è stato davvero un tesoro, l'ha "preso in custodia" premurandosi di accompagnarlo e riprenderlo dal ristorante della struttura...
Camere pulite, personale gentilissimo e quindi sicuramente da consigliare!

Alkalmas és kedvező adottságú hotel a Comoi-tó közelében.
Pros:

Észak-olaszországi körutazásunk egyike volt a Comoi-tó és több módosítás után választottuk ki ezt a helyet, ez volt
Garlate és a Hotel Nuovo.
4 éjszakát töltöttünk itt és innen indulva kerestük fel a tó páratlan szépségű nevezetességeit. Többé kevésbé bejártuk mindkét partot és egyik nap egy többórás hajóút során a vízről is megnéztük ezeket a csodálatos helyeket.

A szálloda egy szépen felújított épületben volt, minden szükséges és kényelmi dologgal felszerelve. Személyzet figyelmes, közvetlen, kedves volt. A svédasztalos reggeli változatos és bőséges kínálattal szolgált.
Közelében üzletek, vendéglátóhelyek ,park sétautakkal, és pihenésre , kikapcsolódásra alkalmas helyekkel.
Érkezésünk napján egy még egy ünnepi látványos tűzijátékot is végig nézhettünk a erkélyünkről.
Szívesen visszajönnénk máskor is és csak ajánlani tudjuk a helyet.

Pros:

Ottima sistemazione, strategica per visitare il lago di Como. La camera, pulita e confortevole, era abbastanza spaziosa e ben arredata.
Acqua calda immediatamente disponibile, aria condizionata efficiente, buona insonorizzazione.
Personale gentile e disponibile.
Il ristorante annesso è attualmente in ristrutturazione, ma lungo la strada, nelle immediate vicinanze, ci sono varie possibilità per pranzare e cenare (fast food, bracerie, sushi restaurant...).

Cons:

Le tende alla finestra non sono totalmente oscuranti perché non a tutta altezza, per cui la mattina filtra parecchia luce.

Pros:

The restaurant is highly professional staff. Food was excellent for this hotel. Lovely balcony off the room. Staff were friendly and accommodating The room was nice and clean

Cons:

No way to control aircon. Floors seemed to be heated.. which countered the aircon. The bed was very basic, and I felt like I was sleeping with my head downhill. Shower is very small. Aircon shut off the moment the door outside opened. Maybe tea cups instead of plastic half teacups could be provided.
When tea, coffee etc are offered, milk should be left in the refrigerator.
