Pros:

Location is very good. A good 7-11 just outside is also a plus. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Some nights there were a lot of noise, making it very hard to sleep. The bed was a bit too stiff for my liking.

Tesisinizden üç kişilik oda satın alarak konaklama yaptık. Odaya giriş yaptığımızda üçüncü kişi için bir yatak bulunmadığını, yalnızca bir koltuk olduğunu gördük. Çocuğumuzun bu koltukta yatabilmesi için yalnızca ekstra çarşaf talep ettik.

Ancak bu basit talep karşılığında bizden günlük ekstra yatak ücreti istenmesi bizleri gerçekten üzdü. Oysa odada ilave bir yatak kurulmadı.

Üç kişilik oda satın almamıza rağmen üçüncü kişi için yatak bulunmaması ve bunun üzerine ek ücret talep edilmesi misafir memnuniyeti açısından doğru bir yaklaşım olmadığını düşünüyorum.

Posizione ottima. In centro nel mezzo al caos notturno, ma tuttavia camere molto ambienti e silenziose. Struttura pulita dotata di tutti i comforts.
Super consigliato!!!

Cons:

Purtroppo ci hanno fatto lo stesso prezzo per due cocktails come se fossimo clienti esterni all'albergo. Almeno un piccolo sconto ci vuole per chi resta fedele al bar dell'hotel!!!

Would never return again !.
Pros:

I would not return back to this hotel ever, placed me on a 2nd floor in front of the road where all the traffic, bars, night club & drunken people and fights at night. Could not sleep at all, ask to change room had to pay more for a different room, so i will never return to this hotel again !.

Cons:

Breakfast seriously and really bad nothing to choose from, only 1 set menu.

Very kind and friendly staff. The hotel is in a perfect location — everything is close by. Very good food at the hotel. A small but pleasant swimming pool. 24-hour service.

Jak dla mnie hotel 10/10, był aktualnie remont ale nie przeszkadzał - po remoncie bedzie to jeden z najlepszych hoteli. Mieliśmy pokój deluxe i taki polecam brać :) Na 6 pietrze, delikatnie było słychać ulice ale nam to nie przeszkadzało - wkoncu to hotel centralnie w sercu Patong - obok banglaroad i trzeba sie z tym liczyć. Super baza wypadowa wszędzie, wszystko pod ręką. Personel super miły, atmosfera ekstra - wszystko co chciałeś to miałeś. Dla porównania na ostatnie 2 dni pobytu pojechaliśmy do Mai Khao do hotelu 5 gwiazdek, 3 razy droższego i może i sam hotel super luksusowy ale atmosfera sztywna i nie było już tego klimatu Tajladnii
