Convenient and good location to explore wakayama
Pros:

Close to train station, 7-11, market and some nice restaurants. Its a great spot to jump off and explore other sites in the prefecture so we used as home base for our daily tours and last night before departure to Koyasan. I also liked that the staff helped organise luggage to be sent to Hiroshima hotel and called to confirm at destination for us.

それにしても部屋が広く綺麗なのは、自分はありがたかった。なので、また利用したいと思います。

スタッフさんは、どちらかと言うと無愛想。部屋の説明とかアメニティ、ウェルカムドリンクの説明などほぼなし。
シャワーキャップがなかったのは困りました。

Pros:

静かだったのと、駅から近かった。

Cons:

部屋に外を見れる窓が無く、換気も出来ず当然開けられない。閉塞感があった。805号室
建築基準法や消防法に抵触しないのか？
万が一(火事)の事を考えるとすごく心配と不安を感じた。
ベッドが硬すぎた。
２回目の宿泊だったが、次は無い。
