Great stay for a city trip to Munich!
Pros:

Had a very nice stay at A&O.
The rooms are modern and clean and the staff is very welcoming. Mittesh from the reception is the best.

Disappointment
Cons:

There was no electrical outlet in the bed I was staying in. I informed the reception. They insisted that it would be checked the next day, they told “I could work with my laptop and charge my phones in the lobby”. Since they didn't solve my problem the next day, I went and bought an extension cord and solved the problem myself. I had stayed at A&O hostels' Hackerbrücke and Laim branches last year and was very satisfied, but this time both were a disappointment.
