Alles was goed schoon.

Cons:

Onze ervaring begon helaas erg slecht door de medewerker die het parkeren regelde. Hij stelde zich niet eens voor en sprak ons op een onvriendelijke, agressieve en onprofessionele manier aan. Hij deed alsof wij dom waren en iets niet begrepen, terwijl wij juist de aanwijzingen op de borden hadden gevolgd.

Zelfs als wij iets verkeerd hadden gedaan, was dit absoluut geen reden om ons op deze manier te benaderen. Mijn man werd op een agressieve toon aangesproken, terwijl onze vier kinderen achter in de auto zaten. Dat zorgde voor een erg ongemakkelijke en vervelende situatie.

Door deze eerste indruk wilde ik op dat moment eigenlijk al niet meer in het hotel verblijven. Gastvrijheid begint bij een respectvolle en professionele ontvangst, en dat hebben wij helaas totaal niet zo ervaren.

Zentrale Lage, Sauberkeit.⁷

Cons:

An sich in die Jahre gekommen, aber das Zimmer war Gut und sauber. Da mein Zimmer zur Hauptstraße ausgerichtet war, ziemlich laut, sodass ich die Fenster schließen musste und es dadurch stickig wurde.

Ich buche dort nie wieder.
Pros:

Der Preis war okay

Cons:

Mängel: Fernseher ging nicht und wurde erst nach mehrmaliger Beanstandung eingestellt/repariert.
Das Licht am Etagenbett war defekt.
Es wurde nicht auf die Ruhezeiten geachtet. Es herrschte auch Nachts im Hof eine massive Lautstärke.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war schwierig.
