Overpriced place but with very friendly staff
Pros:

Declared as a hostel it is actually a hotel with a big number of rooms in 2 buildings.
Locations good. Lidl shop is just in 5 min by foot. Laim train station is in 10 min by foot.
Rooms are big enough. The parking is available on the yard and underground. Elevators are working.
Staff is very friendfull and ready for help.

Cons:

Overpriced. When you go to the "hostel" you expect some common space with free facilities. Here are nothing. The common space is a bar accessible from the street and having paid options only. Water, snacks, tea/cofee, games - all is available on standard Munich bar prices only. There is a common kitchen that is small, ugly and stuffy (no ventilation). The common fridge is tiny and only one. There are often no cutlery. I asked for them in the bar. Thanks to the staff, they provided me with forks and plates.
Electronic check-in is ugly. You are forced to install their app or to enter all you data in the e-kiosk.
Parking is overpriced as 15E but the nearby street is free.
Beds in the rooms are made of steel and it is veeeery uncomfortable. I think that the idea was to implement a loft style. But any simple wooden beds could be much cheaper and much comfortable. When using steel, you are constantly afraid of injury.
Ventilation in the room was broken, the shower was also broken. No air conditioning.
The only two things that are good here are people and location. It's why I rate it as 8.

Pros:

The reception Guys is amazing we arrived late night they help us to car park our car and free breakfast was given to us bcoz my next birthday was following day also after checking out we kept the luggage with them for free for free hours

Pros:

У номері було чисто, зручне розташування хостелу, привітний та дружній персонал

Cons:

На букингу була вказана парковка; саме через неї і вибрали цей хостел але по приїзду виявилось що паркомісць дуже мало і вони всі зайняті. Лишали авто біля дороги.
Вікна номера виходили на дорогу і вночі було дуже шумно від авто.

Cons:

Der Gestank im Hotel und im Zimmer ist furchtbar. Es macht keinen Sinn, nach einem anderen Zimmer zu fragen, da es auf dem gesamten Flur schrecklich riecht. Schlafen ist unmöglich, die Kissen stinken nach schmutzigen Füßen! Das Hotel wird als Familienhotel beworben, aber ich würde Familien dringend davon abraten! Woher kommen bloß all die positiven Bewertungen??? Für uns war die Nacht in diesem Hotel die reine Qual!

Günstig, in Ordnung für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise aber man darf nicht zu viel ersten. Frühstück war gut

Zimmer, Betten und vor allem das Frühstück waren sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Parksituation war anfangs etwas "anstrengend", ging dann aber noch gut aus. Dusche könnte mal porentief (Schimmel.. gereinigt werden, ansonsten war alles sauber!
