Ich verstehe nicht wie zwei A&O hotels so unterschiedlich sein können.
bei einem kann ich vor 15 uhr einchecken hier nicht
bei einem kann ich ein geputztes und sauberes zimmer erwarten hier nicht
wiso kann man bitte ab 15 Uhr einchecken und dann is des zimmer noch nicht mal von den vorgästen gereinigt?
eine std saßen wir da und haben gewartet...
als entschädung getränke gutschein cool danke.... abends hin ja bier bitte ja damit gibts nur draft beer ja passt kann ich euch ned geben hab die maschine gerade sauber gemacht aber wenn ihr morgen kommt ab 8 uhr kein problem. oke morgens 10 uhr bier bitte ja mit der karte gibts kein bier der EXAKT gleiche Mitarbeiter. Was ist bei euch eigentlich kaputt? Ihr könnt euch mal ne große Scheibe vom a&o Hotel hackerbrücke abschneiden!
