Stop in Hanoi
Pros:

Der Service war sehr gut, die Lage war perfekt

Cons:

Es war schon teilweise eher staubig im Zimmer, die Steckdosen, die Regale, das Bad. Der Duschvorhang war kaputt. Da Handwerker in unser Zimmer mussten konnten wir mehrere Stunden nicht ins Zimmer. Alternativ hätten wir das Zimmer auch wechseln können. Das wäre ohne Balkon gewesen. Dennoch sollten wir am Ende zwei Wasser bezahlen die wir getrunken haben.

Pros:

Brilliant little hotel. Staff were super helpful. Lovely reception with fish. Perfect location for the old city. Just a couple minutes walk from the really busy areas.

Cons:

No balcony or view in some of the rooms. But that might be a blessing as traffic is busy on the main street.

Pros:

Nice little hotel in the center of Hanoi. The lobby floor is an aquarium, so you have to be careful where you walk. The staff is very friendly, the in-house SPA is wonderful. I had a private terrace to my room which was a great plus. Chairs an table on the terrace.
Big room, nice decoration, but fake books in the shelf. Comfy bed. Bathtub, no separate shower. Safe in the room, scale for luggage (or your own) weight check, big TV screen.

Great Hotel and Location! Awesome Staff!
Pros:

This is a fabulous hotel and we definitely will come here next time we go to Hanoi. The staff makes all the difference. Luna helped me checked in and provided us with a lot of valuable information as this was our first trip to Vietnam. Vivian and Alex helped me book 2 excellent tours. Grace helped me when it appeared we were being scammed and she saved our trip. Then she and Dante booked a tour that was great! We ended up booking 4 tours through the hotel and they were wonderful. Also, Quinnie Lai reached out to me as soon as we booked the hotel and offered ride between hotel and airport that saved a lot of hassle. And she responded to my emails quite quickly. Again, awesome staff!!! Clean, comfortable rooms, great breakfast. Location is so close to all the major attractions. Great hotel. And thank you to all the wonderful staff!!!
