Hanoi Brilliant Hotel & Spa

The hotel is clean, cozy, and in a great location, making it easy to explore the Old Quarter. The staff were all friendly, professional, and always greeted us with a smile. They were happy to help with recommendations and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The room was comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and everything exceeded our expectations.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Hanoi the city of life and Hanoi Brilliant Hotel & Spa the main center for hospitality and elegance. I have got the best stay here and all the staff were very kind and cooperative. And even the location of this hotel is at Old Quarters where we get everything near by. I truly and honestly recommend this hotel to my friends and family who would be visiting Hanoi.
Special thanks to Chloe Vu our services manager who had taken care of our early check in with our 1yr old baby. They have even provided baby chair to the room which helped us as lot to feed our baby.

I had a really comfortable stay at Hanoi Brilliant Hotel & Spa. The room was clean, the location was super convenient, and the staff were always friendly and helpful whenever I needed support.

What impressed me the most was how quickly the team handled feedback. They responded immediately and genuinely cared about improving my experience, which made me feel very well taken care of 🫶🏻

Stayed here for 3 days during my trip in Vietnam and honestly, this hotel became like a second home to me.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Special thanks to the front desk team for making every day feel warm and comfortable — they were not only professional but also genuinely caring and fun to talk to.

The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. What made this stay special was the people here. After a long day outside, it always felt nice coming “home” to familiar smiles and good conversations.

Friendly staff and great location.

The Hanoi Brilliant hotel was the perfect stay to explore Hanoi. Staff were extremely helpful to organise transportation throughout our stay, and extremely accomodating with luggage storage and use of facilities after our check out for our late flight!

The rooms were excellent. Great place to stay in the old quarter.

Upgrade

The hotel is near the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake, so it's not too crowded and there are no restrictions. It's a 5-10 minute walk to explore, shop, and eat. The staff are friendly, lovely, and enthusiastic.

(The female receptionist on the evening shift on May 11th was very helpful). I was very pleased with the service here.

The room is spacious and comfortable, but it lacks soundproofing, so any noise outside can be heard and vice versa, which needs improvement.

Brilliant Hotel & Spa was a sweet small boutique hotel, very affordable and only a short walk from old quarter. We stayed in a 1-bedroom family suite balcony. The room was clean and large with plenty of space, including a lounge area. The buffet breakfast was on the top floor, small area but perfect with enough options, very good value for money. If you are looking to be close to the old quarter but not in the heart of it, this is perfect location. It’s also a very short walk to St Joseph Cathedral and Hoan Kiem Lake. Plenty of restaurants ,cafes and a grocery shop on the same street.

3 star Hotel with 5 star staff
The hotel is fine and is starting show some wear. We booked the executive room that has windows that open onto the street. We were worried it was going to be too noisy, but everything quiets down at night.
Our first room smelled like cigarette smoke and when we went to the front desk, they moved us immediately to another room. The rooms are large, and the air conditioning works well.
The bathroom has the frosted glass doors and is right beside the beds. This can be a shock at night if your partner needs to use the bathroom, and turns on the light. The bathroom door didn’t have a lock and wouldn’t close all the way so I used my shoe to prop against the door to keep it closed.
The beds were good, the softest mattresses we have experienced so far.
The breakfast room is on the top floor and has every single option you might want for breakfast.
The staff at the hotel are what set this place apart. They are very friendly and welcoming and helpful. They went out of their way to apologize when we needed to switch rooms.
When you check in, they have a map of the area with suggested restaurants and sights and stores. The suggestions were well thought out and honest.
I needed to have some laundry done, and the front desk manager walked me 3 doors down the street to show me where to go and then she stayed and translated for me.
There are so many 3 star hotels, this place has the best staff.
