Would happily stay here again if I had to, but I would probably look for somewhere else first.
Pros:

The only window was a little tiny one high up in one wall that you couldn’t see through. It felt just like what being in a jail cell must feel lime.

Cons:

Close to Wakayama Station. Tasty breakfast. Nicely cleaned room.

Pros:

リーズナブル。ただ寝るだけなら良いかも。

Cons:

部屋に冷蔵庫はあったが小さすぎる。
お風呂のお湯を蛇口から給湯していたら、シャワーヘッドから水漏れしており、古さを感じた。
荷物を置くスペースがほぼなかった。

ベット下ゴミの状況以外は〇です
Pros:

全体的に対応も良く、コストパフォーマンスは良いと思います

Cons:

ベットの下に物が入り覗いてみたら、ゴミが溜り　気分が悪くなりました
見える所は、清掃は出来ていましたが、定期的に確認なさってみては如何でしょうか。

Pros:

値段がとても安くて悪くないです。そのまま継続してもらいたいです。

Cons:

朝食の評判いいって書いてあったですが、実際やってみたら物足りない感じがしました。もっと増やして欲しい。
あとはお風呂場で知らない人の髪の毛が残っていたので、清掃人がちゃんと清掃してるの？と信用なくなります。今後厳しいご指導して下さい。よろしくお願いします。

低価格なのに満足度が高い宿
Pros:

電車でうっかり寝過ごし帰れなくなり急遽、宿泊させて頂いたが、丁寧にお迎え頂いた。
アメニティも充実していた。
フロントの方だけでなく、お掃除されてるスタッフさんまで感じが良かった。
何よりも、価格がリーズナブルで助かった。
多分、古いと見受けられたが館内で段差があるところはスロープも作られており安心感があった。

Cons:

お安かったので部屋が狭いのは仕方がないが、窓が小さくて高い位置にあり、閉塞感があった。
また、バスルームの入り口が跨ぐのにはやや高くて、脚が悪い私には危なく感じた。
駅から結構遠く往復タクシーなのも少し辛い。

Pros:

スタッフの対応は良かった。

Cons:

前の日に事前予約したけど駐車場がいっぱいで停めれなかった。
車椅子なので困った。

お風呂が異常な位カビていた。
カビキラーで対処できる範囲だと思うがいっぱいあった。
