8
Mixed but generally helpful: multiple mentions of accommodating and friendly staff, good security and assistance; however some guests experienced unhelpful staff and frustrating after-hours entry issues.
Location
9
Consistently positive: convenient for work, close to the airport and town, frequently cited as a primary pro.
Room Quality
5.5
Several negatives: poor insulation to noise (traffic/airport/neighbours), broken door handles requiring room moves, old/dip mattress for some rooms; a few notes of very new/comfortable rooms and large showers.

Value for Money
7
Mixed perceptions: a number of guests felt it was expensive for what was offered, while others called it good value given location and basics.

Ok location wouldn’t recommend
Pros:

Location was good for our purposes of work

Cons:

Staff were unhelpful
Beds didn’t get made unless you asked for it. Rubbish wasn’t taken out and the bins were hard to find.
Our door handle broke so he couldn’t close the door and had to move rooms. Then the second room the door handle came off. We had to move rooms again. It was expensive for what it was.

Great room but extremely noisy.
Pros:

Very new room in a smart setup. While the room is small, it has exactly everything you need in a hotel, in a comfortable way.

Cons:

The noise. The room doors or window gives zero insulation - at times I wondered if vehicles were not on the highway behind the wall but driving in the room… And the airport runway is just in front too.

It'll do for a night
Pros:

Location made it pretty simple to get in and out of town, as well as close proximity to the airport.
Staff were pretty friendly. Good Security for entry and vehicles. Good commercial washing machines.

Cons:

My room was poorlyl insulated. Big gaps under the door, and windows that don't seal properly means alot of environmental noise transfers into the room. Not ideal when your a couple metres from a bus stop on the highway, and across the road from the airport.
I'd say the mattress is about 10 years overdue for replacement, as they have significant dips on the left and right sides, which sucks if your a side sleeper.
Finally, the title 'resort' is misleading.
A resort is fully self sufficient - meaning you don't have to leave. There's no bar, dining, lounge, games room, etc meaning it's not a resort, it's a motel.
