Das der Wirt vom Bistro um 24:30 noch mit dem Laubblässer das Laub weggemacht hat! Und bei der Hitze das Fenster in der Nacht nicht weiter auf ging.

Séjour Impeccable.
Pros:

Hôtel idéal pour les séjours d'une ou deux nuits. Situé idéalement à proximité immédiate des transports en commun. Le cadre est accueillant, le personnel convivial et chaleureux. Le buffet petit-déjeuner est délicieux de même que la cuisine traditionnelle suisse de la Brasserie. La chambre est confortable, moderne avec vue sur la Lindenplatz.

Das sie in dieser Nacht die Fenster gereinigt haben. da ich jedes Jahr ein Zimmer nehme, weil ich Arbeiten muss in der Nacht, ist dies etwas mühsam gewesen, aber man muss es halt auch einmal reinigen.

Pros:

Für eine Zwischenübernachtung auf dem Weg in den Süden war es ordentlich. Insbesondere der online Check in hat es sehr unkompliziert gemacht.

Cons:

...schon ein bisschen crazy, in einem Hotel zu schlafen, indem man kein Personal angetroffen hat, weil man spät eingecheckt und sehr sehr früh ausgecheckt hat.
Bei sehr heißen Sommertemperaturen hat in der Nacht ein Ventilator für einen guten Schlaf nicht gereicht.

Pros:

Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht.
Ich habe drei Zimmer gebucht. In einem Zimmer konnte das Fenster nicht geöffnet werden. Das ist bei Temperaturen von 35 Grad und keiner Klimaanlage, schlicht nicht zumutbar!!! Das muss unbedingt bei der Zimmerreinigung vorher kontrolliert werden. Die Reception war nicht mehr besetzt. Ich werde dem Hotel selber auch noch schreiben und erwarte ein Entgegenkommen.

In einem Zimmer konnte, bei 35 Grad, das Fenster nicht geöffnet werden!!!

Bra läge vid spårvagn, buss. Trevlig personal. Bra comfort rum. Utmärkt badrum. Parkering i anslutning till hotellet.

Pros:

The hotel was comfortable and adequately well maintained. The room was already equipped with a fan and it was a relief because we checked in after-hours when there were no staff available and were worried that we won't be able to request anyone for it if needed. Thank you to the staff!

Cons:

For the summer months, it would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room to be able keep water and drinks cool.

Personal war sehr nett.

Cons:

keine Klimaanlage. Der Aufenthalt bei der Hitze war eine absolute Zumutung leider. Das Blechdach hat die Hitze noch mehr in das Zimmer geleitet.

Ebenfalls war der Prüfungssaal viel zu Heiss und nicht ausreichend klimatisiert.

Das Zimmer ist okay, wer zu spät anreist, hat leider Pech gehabt.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und in Ordnung.

Cons:

Man kann am späten Abend nur noch am Self-Check-in-Automaten einchecken und das hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert, da wir kein Internet vor Ort hatten. Wir mussten einen Passanten um einen Hotspot bitten, sonst hätten wir nicht einchecken können. Und Personal war überhaupt nicht mehr vor Ort, sehr schlecht organisiert und dafür zu teuer!
