Very good

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the Notradame Cathedral, a laundromat, and many dining options. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Our room’s AC stopped working and the staff were quick to change our rooms. There is no washer and dryer onsite. Parking is limited, but you can park on the street. The police department is very close to the hotel.

Staff were excellent.

Robert has done far and beyond to support the customer. He directed me to grab food before my conference call at an odd afternoon hours and also assisted me clearly when I called back to enquire how to post my clothes back. Thanks to him, I had a good business trip and felt fully supported.

Public transportation is very far. But if you’re taking taxi it is ok.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the parking situation during our recent stay.

Prior to our arrival, I contacted the hotel to request a reserved parking space but received no response. Upon arrival, we were informed that the parking lot was full. When we asked where we could park, the receptionist simply told us to park on the street. While looking for a spot, we saw a car with a cracked rear window, raising concerns about the safety of the area. When we asked the receptionist about the security of the neighborhood, the response was, “That’s not our problem.”

I find this attitude unacceptable. As paying guests, we expect at least a basic level of customer service, including timely responses to inquiries and a respectful, helpful attitude from staff. While I understand that availability may be limited and certain matters may be out of your control, communication and courtesy are not.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve your service for future guests.

The drainage of the shower is not working properly. The breakfast area was not very clean and organized. No parking on site was available for us.

Location and price were the only reasons we booked here. It’s like a small town American holiday inn, nothing special and you’re lucky if it’s clean. Cleanliness and the bathroom were its only plus. It was essentially a dorm room with 2 hard twin beds and sack of feather flat pillows, old carpet, pullout couch bed that we didn’t need and a tea kettle. The staff are marching to the beat of their own drum, so have patience. The breakfast is ok and I appreciate their compost plan. The area is clean and safe, it’s also right on a stream and close to the bus stop.

Stayed at busy time as Xmas market finishing. Had tried to book parking in advance through Expedia app and received no response, and told on arrival that the hotel can’t access the chat on the app. Without allocated parking it is very inconvenient managing a mix of nearby street and multi-storey parking (although it could be found) The room was very expensive for its size - we paid family suite prices for a standard room filled with 2 singles and a sofa bed.The hotel is conveniently located on edge of town and is well sound proofed, but the interior needs modernising. Lifts can get very busy. The staff were friendly and doing their best. Breakfast buffet was decent.

Staff was very friendly. Walkable to sites but not much in the area directly. The room was over all clean but had quit a bit of mildew in the bathroom ceiling. Enjoyed the breakfast with many options!

the place is nice and clean . the people are helpful and kind. breakfast was good. our only issue was the internet. we stayed in the 2nd floor , and the wifi does not reach some part of the room.

Clean, staff friendly as well. Excellent breakfast. Only downside side is about 30 minutes from the train station by car. Easy and safe 20 minutes to the heart of the town

The hotel is conveniently located and walking distance to the attractions. The breakfast was good and had a variety of items. There were a few issues with the room, that were quickly fixed by the friendly staff. We were first assigned a room that had not been cleaned. We were promptly provided a new room. The TV was not working, but someone came up right up to fix it. The coffee and vending machines were not working. Hotel price was a lot given the comfort of this hotel.

Excellent location for walking to the Christmas Market Places.

There really was no property other than the area the building sat on.

The air-conditioning was not working in the rooms, and the entire hotel and the rooms were hot. There are two elevators, and one was not working during the days we were there; the rooms' cleaners occupied it for at least an hour in the morning without allowing the guests the priority to use the only working elevator to catch their appointments. The hotel management should have arranged this as long as they knew that only one elevator was working!!
