Beautiful decour, amazing pool, lovely food (the breakfasts are unbelievable and the Camaron Aguachile to die for!), awesome service. Everything about it feels like a luxury and yet comfortable and relaxed.

We will most definitely recommend The Beach Tulum to family and friends and will stay there again.
Pros:

The property was in a great location for what we wanted to do. Being right on the beach and able to see the water and hear the waves from our balcony or rooftop deck was fabulous. The staff were so kind and attentive. We did a private tequila tasting with Ivan, and he was so knowledgeable and fun. We highly recommend doing that activity while there.

Cons:

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Nicest hotel I have ever stayed in - a wonderful experience and I definitely want to go back to.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, stunning location, wonderful food, incredible room, oh so comfortable bed, and the 2 patios with view of the pool/courtyard and the ocean are great. The stay included the best breakfast/brunch I have ever had at Frescos, with fresh everything, quality americanos, fresh fruit platter, so tasty smoothies, tasty omlettes, avocado toast, and more. The free Yoga classes are in a stunning yoga space, and the sauna, steam room and cold plunge was a pleasant surprise. I most appreciated the staff, David who helped us with our bags, and then so nice to talk to, Manuel on security who was able to track down the taxi after I left my wallet in it, Antonio our server at Frescos, and Yeli our cleaner - they were are all so nice, seemed to really enjoy their jobs, and really do make you feel welcome.

Cons:

It was windy the week we were there, so Sargassum was a issue on the beach, but we spent time in the pool, taking advantage of all the extras the hotel has to offer, swimming in the many local Cenotes (which are so great), and snorkeling in Cozumel.

Cons:

The deluxe beachfront room's plunge pool is heated. We would prefer it be cool. It's not a high volume of water so it would probably maintain a comfortable temperature without supplemental heat.

A Wonderful Stay

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The welcome was warm, the service seamless, and every team member we encountered, from dinner to breakfast, was attentive and genuinely caring.

A special thank you to Maria, William, and Eber at breakfast. Their kindness and attentiveness made each morning such a pleasure, and they went above and beyond to make our 7-month-old happy and comfortable, something we truly appreciated.

The food was consistently delicious, and the beach was beautiful, the perfect place to relax and unwind.

We leave with wonderful memories and would happily return. Thank you to the entire team for such a special stay.

Heerlijk verblijf in een prachtig en goed onderhouden accommodatie.
Pros:

Ontbijt erg goed, a la carte en fruit complementair. Bedden erg goed. Kamer lag redelijk dicht bij de grote doorgaande weg, daardoor wel verkeersgeluid van 8 tot 7. Iets om rekening mee te houden als je met kleine kinderen reist. Verblijf je aan een kamer bij het strand dan heb je hier geen last van. Bedienend personeel doet erg goed hun best, zijn erg ijverig zonder opdringerig te zijn. Schoonmakende medewerkers uitmuntend.

Iets toegankelijkere opties qua eten voor kinderen.

Wonderful experience
Pros:

We visited the hotel restaurant and had a wonderful experience. Paloma was extremely kind and attentive, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was lovely. Without a doubt, we will recommend this restaurant to others!

Perfect holiday location.
Pros:

Gorgeous hotel, great service, awesome food. Our waiter Eber was exceptional. Great location toward the front of hotel zone. Strong functioning A/C in the rooms. We will def be back!
