Pros:

William in the restaurant area was great. We had him every morning for breakfast as our server. He even wanted me to try different drinks, I love he pushed me out my box.

Lovely hotel and beach club

We had a wonderful day at this hotel and can highly recommend it.

The hotel is beautiful, with a very relaxing atmosphere. The pool area is excellent, and the sun loungers are extremely comfortable. The food was also delicious and exceeded our expectations.

A special thank you goes to William, who took care of us during our visit. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, making our experience even more enjoyable.

Whether you stay here for several days or just visit for a day pass, it is definitely worth it. Relaxing by the pool or on the beach is a fantastic experience.

Great Food, Best Customer Service
Pros:

Wiliam and Mariana took care of us better than I could’ve ever imagined. We came running in during the rain and they made sure we sat at a table and chairs that were dried and got us everything we needed. We ate the large portioned fish tacos and the fajita steak with fruit cocktails and it was delicious. Thank you Wiliam and Mariana!!

Everything was beautiful.
Pros:

Everyone was very helpful, Maria always had coffee waiting for us. Daniel and Pedro always brought us towels on the beach and were always attentive to our needs; we are very grateful to the staff. We will be back soon.

Graduation trip to Tulum
Pros:

The staff was amazing! Accommodations incredibly beautiful! Maria at The Ana Kitchen was funny, personable and attentive!

We recommend coming to visit Tulum between October and March, so you can enjoy the beaches, but our June trip was 🔥🔥. Will definitely be back!

Best on the Tulum strip. A Team who cares @ Ana y Jose
Pros:

Ana y José feels like the Tulum many people hope to find but rarely do. Thoughtful service, a relaxed beachfront setting, and an atmosphere that remains authentic despite the area's growth. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and ending the day with dinner under the palms made this a stay worth remembering. A place with character, not just a place to sleep.

The GM of the restaurant is very kind. Top servers. We are grateful.

Ana y Jose …….. Perfect!!
Pros:

Ana y Jose Hotel & Spa is indeed as charming as they advertise. The location is tropical, the beach right there, and the service is very attentive. The on-site restaurant is exceptional. Thank you to our daily waitress, Maria, and her whole team for making our dining experience as relaxing and as laid back as we hoped.

Property is phenomenal. Very clean and the staff is friendly. Loved the private pool that the room came with and the chairs on the patio were so comfortable. The views of the beach and ocean were perfect. Oh, the food (both Ziggy's and Frescos) was spectacular. Everything was so good. We felt like we had the beach and property to ourselves.

Cons:

This is out of the control of the hotel, but we didn't know it was seaweed season. The beach was covered in it and it was coming in thick from the ocean making the water look brown. As such, we didn't go in.

Pros:

Very friendly staff members, nicely decorated bohemian style rooms, hotel is beautifully decorated. I liked that the beach access had cabanas (shade from the sun). I would come around May, less tourists and you basically have the place to yourself.

Lovely stayed!
Pros:

We had a truly wonderful stay at Ana y Jose Hotel & Spa. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff made us feel welcomed and cared for, everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always available to help with anything we needed.

We did experience a small issue with our room at the beginning of our stay, but the team handled it immediately and exceeded our expectations by quickly moving us to an upgraded room. Their professionalism and genuine desire to make sure we were comfortable made a huge difference and turned the situation into an even better experience.

The hotel itself is beautiful in a very intimate and traditional way. It has a charming boutique feel, peaceful atmosphere, and the perfect balance between luxury and authenticity. It felt like a true escape.

Breakfast every morning was delicious, and the coffee was excellent. A special thank you to María and William, who made our mornings feel extra special with their warmth and kindness. Their hospitality really stood out and added such a personal touch to our stay.

Also, do yourself a favor and book a massage with Tina. It was one of the best massages we’ve had , very intentional, relaxing, and exactly what we needed. Afterward, we felt completely reset and ready to spend the rest of the day relaxing in our private pool.

Overall, this was an unforgettable experience, and we would absolutely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, authentic, and genuinely welcoming stay in Tulum.

A True Slice of Heaven

I felt like in heaven during my 2 weeks stay.
Atmosphere was very homely. All staff very caring and accommodating all my needs. Room was very clean. Ana y Jose was the only hotel in the neighborhood that was cleaning the beach from seaweed every day. Thank you Paulina. You made every morning feel genuinely warm and cared for. Thank you for your kindness, attention, and beautiful hospitality throughout my stay. Luise, thank you for organizing such a thoughtful early breakfast before my 6 a.m. departure, it made me feel truly cared for. Rafael, William, Omar, Maria, Mariana, Ronaldo thank you all for turning my breakfasts into a luxurious experience. Your kindness and attention made every morning feel special.
