Die schöne, familiäre Atmosphäre im Hotel.

Wellnessbereich: im Pool funktionieren ein Großteil der Massagedüsen etc. nicht.

Frühstück war ok aber nicht besonders. Frisches Obst hat gefehlt.

Cons:

Verstaubte Vitrinen im Gang zum Pool, defekte und gebrochene Thermostate im Zimmer,dreckige Gläser im Schrank neben dem Minikühlschrank, es wurde schon seit vielen Jahren nichts renoviert, Farbe blättert in den Fensterrahmen ab ! PDF /Homepage wird nicht gepflegt, der aktuelle Hotelflyer ist von 2023. Es scheint als benutzt man den Namen ALTES Gymnasium um den Sanierungsstau zu rechtfertigen. Es ist definitiv nicht mehr das was es vor 20 Jahren mal war.

Ein schöner Kurzurlaub anlässlich des Krokusblütenfestes in einem beeindruckenden Ambiente.
Pros:

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit Allem, was das Herz begehrt. Sehr aufmerksamer Service in tollem Wintergarten. Großes Zimmer mit kleinem aber ausreichendem Bad in ehemaliger Bibliothek des Gebäudekomplexes. Die Lage des Hotels konnte für uns nicht besser sein. Kurzer Weg zur Innenstadt, Hafen und zum Schloss. Sehr schönes und großes Schwimmbad. Als Frühschwimmer hatten wir das Bad fast ganz für uns allein. Mag auch daran gelegen haben, dass das Wasser nach Renovierungsarbeiten neu eingelassen wurde und noch nicht die angegebenen 24 Grad hatte.

Nette Atmosphäre im Gebäude, Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen
Pros:

Die Empfangshalle (alte Turnhalle der Schule) und das eigentliche alte Schulgebäude sind sehr schön. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist schön zentral.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war unterdurchschnittlich und für den Preis nicht angemessen. Es gab kein frisches Obst, kaum Müsli, nur Filterkaffee, dafür aber gefühlt 50 Aufschnittarten. Die Zimmer im "Neubau" waren schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, kein Stromanschluss am Bett, WLan auf dem Zimmer nicht funktionert.
