Die Lage war super. Innerhalb weniger Schritte hat man alles erreicht: Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Lungomare, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Cons:

Der Aufzug zum Zimmer (M2) war sehr langsam. Auf dem Rücken einer Schnecke wäre man schneller gewesen. Der Balkon hatte zwei extrem hohe Stufen.

Pros:

L'hotel si trova a Bari Vecchia, in un edificio storico, a pochi passi dalla cattedrale e dalla basilica di San Nicola.

Le camere, in generale, sono molto belle e accoglienti, e il livello di pulizia l'ho trovato molto buono.

Cons:

Colazione decisamente non all'altezza della struttura. Il caffè viene erogato da una singola macchina automatica, spesso presa d'assalto, e quindi per una bevanda potrebbe essere necessario attendere anche 15 minuti. Il primo giorno, per esempio, prima di poter bere il cappuccino, avevamo già finito di mangiare.

In camera, molte luci o non funzionavano o non ne capivamo proprio l'uso. Gli interruttori erano decisamente troppi.

Il wifi in camera prendeva poco dal letto, e considerando che i muri sono molto spessi, la rete cellulare non prendeva.

Capisco che la struttura non è registrata come hotel (anche se di fatto lo è), però trovo che se viene associato un punteggio equivalente a 4 stelle, la reception sia disponibile per più ore al giorno, mentre non c'era quasi mai nessuno.

Ultima cosa, il termostato segnalava di dover pulire i filtri, cosa che mi ha un po' inquietato.

Our stay at Palazzo Calò was lovely during a very short trip to Bari. Excellent location nestled in the beautiful streets of the old town. Cristina at the reception and Viviana at the breakfast buffet were very helpful, providing exceptional service.

The room was DIRTY WHEN WE ARRIVED
they put us into a different buidyall together
The entrance was dark, dirty and cold
In the room
Seems that they had not rented or cleaned the room in weeks
Water glasses and apoons were DIRTY
The breakfast place is closed on Mondays and they did NOR DISCLOSE it
