Prashant the manager was brilliant.
Pros:

We were very pleased with the help given by the manager at the hotel. My nephew was very unwell and he helped us with everything. Thanks a lot.

Away from the beach but nice.
Pros:

The hotel is 2-3km away from bags beach. So it is quite calm and peaceful at the hotel. One can reach the beaches without any hassle. There are 4 shuttles (9am, 12pm, 3pm, 6pm) to the beach arranged for free by the hotel.the swimming pool is good and the restaurant is excellent.

OK if no need for closeness to beach/nightlife
Pros:

Bad pre-reading on my behalf. Thought it was closer to the beach, restaurants, etc. OK though if you just want to relax and don't mind taking taxis to whatever you want to do/see.
