Bel établissement très grand

Cons:

La photo de la vue extérieure laisse penser que l’on est à la campagne , ce n’est pas le cas .
Le résonner du matin au petit déjeuner n’était pas très sympathique …

Great hotel but very disappointing experience with noise!
Pros:

The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options. The hotel was clean throughout, and the rooms were very spacious, which made our stay comfortable. We also really enjoyed having a terrace, which was a lovely addition to the room.

Cons:

On Easter Day, there was a party at the hotel which was extremely loud and disruptive. We were staying on the second floor directly above the event, and the noise lasted for hours. Although reception informed us they would lower the music, this did not happen. They also said the event will finish at 4pm which it did not. It finished hours later.
Unfortunately, the rooms were not soundproof at all( even though it is advertised on their magazine in the room as fully soundproof ) and we were unable to rest. To make matters worse, we were offered earplugs by reception, which felt quite dismissive rather than addressing the issue properly.
We had three rooms booked as a group, and due to this experience, we would not return to this hotel.

Świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Apulii.
Pros:

Bardzo dobre śniadania. Codziennie sprzątany pokój, wymieniane ręczniki. Bardzo przyjazna obsługa. Możliwość zjedzenia pysznaj kolacji w hotelowej restauracji. Czystość w hotelu.

Great Location!
Pros:

Location is perfect to go to Bari and other cities such as Matera, Polignano, etc. Breakfast was good and room was a good size for a family of 4.

L’accoglienza soprattutto per gli animali. Letto comodo. La posizione strategica.

Cons:

La camera inizia ad essere vetusta e non più al passo dei tempi. Bisognerebbe ristrutturare gli arredi in particolare. La colazione assolutamente da rivedere.
