A very pleasant stay in a superior hotel.
Pros:

An exceptional hotel. Everything is done to ensure a comfortable stay. The welcome drink and fresh fruit delivered to our room was an unexpected touch. The room was large and comfortable. The staff friendly and professional.

Cons:

The bathroom fittings did not match the rest of the room and were a little below expectations.

Not a pleasant experience and would not recommend to anyone else
Cons:

The room was cramped and had an unpleasant odor.
The hotel did not provide basic toiletries, and when I requested them, they informed me that it was a rule of the tourism ministry that they were not permitted to provide them. However, I received toiletries in all other hotel stays during my trip to Vietnam.
They charge exorbitant fees for late checkouts, whereas almost every other hotel offers free late checkouts.

Pros:

Excelente trato del personal siempre atentos hasta el último minuto. Las habitaciones super confortables y la ubicación cerca a las atracciones principales de Hanoi.

Cons:

Cuidado con el ascensor que se cierra rápido.
