Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel aux familles qui ne supportent pas l’odeur de cannabis
Pros:

Le personnel qui a réagi rapidement à mes demandes. Le réfrigérateur est grand. Il y avait du pain sans gluten au déjeuner.

Cons:

Dans le corridor et dans la chambre sentait beaucoup de cannabis. Odeur non supportable surtout quand on est avec des enfants. Comme la chambre n’est pas bien isolée du corridor (fentes entre la porte et le cadre de la porte) toute l’odeur va dans les chambres. Nous avons demandé le changement d’étage et de la chambre à 23h. Nous avons réservé pour trois jours et les serviettes n’ont pas été remplacées pour ces jours, aucun nettoyage de la chambre ou des toilettes. La deuxième chambre que nous avons eu n’était pas bien nettoyée. Très déçus de notre séjour.

Stay was overall really great!
Pros:

Location was perfect and close to the highway.

Cons:

Pool was “down for maintenance” and one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Kids were very disappointed they couldn’t use the facilities.

This could be a great value hotel, but in high season it is not
Pros:

The hotel is typically good value for money (but not around high season).
The rooms, in particular the bathrooms are spacious, basically small apartments with kitchen.
NYC/Port Authority Bus Terminal is easily reachable in 20-30 minutes with a direct bus ride (5 USD / person / ride), the bus stop being a few minutes walk away from the hotel.
With taxi/car easier and less expensive to reach from Newark airport (by contrast, with public transportation difficult to reach).
There is a broad variety of restaurants next to the hotel. Also big Walmart 10 minutes walk away.

Cons:

Around Christmas time (when we traveled) everything in NYC is full and double the price - same here. So at this time, not good value for money.
The breakfast is basic, no meat, cheese, or vegetables. Sadly all utensils are made of plastic, producing lots of unnecessary trash. That said, all this seems to be US standard, so maybe I had wrong expectations. The service personnel is understaffed and does not keep up with the guests' consumption, guests waiting in line - again, probably due to high season around Christmas.
The rooms did not seem very clean and the furniture has seen better days.
All in all, we booked lacking any other options on rather short notice and did not encounter any big problems, but we would not stay here again.

Convenient location, oversold amenities.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine. Very standard hotel breakfast. The location was good. Easy to get into the city. There are lots of restaurants around the area. The morning staff was quite helpful, but the evening staff, less so.

Cons:

The hallways smell like stale marijuana. The layout in the buffet room is poor and causes unnecessary congestion (People waiting for the waffle maker block the line for hot food, etc.). The pool was unavailable. The room wasn't very clean and we had to ask for hand soap because none was left in the room for us.

Très bien, je recommande.
Pros:

Le personnel est disponible H24 et très réactif.
Le petit déjeuner est bien, avec des œufs, des pancakes, tortillas, confitures,…
L’hôtel est calme, situé au milieu de divers restaurants.
Arrêts de bus à 7 minutes à pieds. De 20 à 30 minutes de bus pour rejoindre Manhattan selon le traffic, c’était top.

Cons:

Le canapé-lit n’était vraiment pas confortable.
