Little gem in the 12th arrondissement
Pros:

This little gem of a hotel was a nice surprise. It's only about a 10-12 minute walk from the Gare de Lyon train station, yet it is set in a safe, quiet, non-touristy neighborhood. It is about a five minute walk to the metro, and there are several bus lines as well. The staff are very kind and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and well-designed, and the elevator and air-con are welcome perks not often seen in small hotels at this price-point. Breakfast is not included, but at only 11 euros it is totally worth it. There are also lots of cafes, bakeries, and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

I do wish that there had been a small fridge and kettle in the room.

Wonderful rooms, great location, super lovely staff!
Pros:

The rooms were lovely, the shower was fantastic - there was loads of space for our suitcases and us, and we slept so well both nights! The air conditioning was very very excellent!
