Friendly staff, clean updated facilities
Pros:

The hotel was updated and very clean. We were upgraded by surprises which was great because of the amount of luggage we had on us, so we had plenty of room. The staff was very friendly and helpful, sharing good information about getting to the airport and helping move our bags.

Cons:

Only downside was having to wait a bit for our room even though we arrived almost an hour after our check in time.

excellent et conforme à nos attentes
Pros:

La chambre était très bien, très propres et conformes aux photos. Nous n'avons eu aucune mauvaise surprise. le personnel était à notre écoute. De plus il l'hôtel dispose d'un service de conciergerie pour garder nos bagages, excellent point car notre train était en fin de journée. Point non négligeable, l'hôtel se trouve à 10min à pied de la gare de Lyon et à 3min de la station de métro Neuilly-Diderot !

Cons:

La chambre manque un tout petit peu d'insonorisation, mais cela ne vous dérangera que très peu.

Sicuramente la posizione e la grandezza delle stanze che trovandoci a Parigi non é una cosa affatto scontata

In realtà il nostro soggiorno é andato molto bene e non ho critiche da rivolgere verso la struttura
