Hotel needs attention
Pros:

The cleaning staff were good. One who cleaned the 5th floor was amazing

Cons:

I had to pay for my entire 7 day stay in cash. I was not notified in advance and it was not listed on booking.com. If I knew this I would have not booked here. The mosquitoes in the room and the noise from the pubs below. The bed was super hard. All of these factors led to a few nights of restless sleep. The pool is in the front of reception so guests using the pool wet the entire reception area and lift this is a major safety hazard but the staff have a don’t care attitude.

Top class value for money.
Pros:

I had no need for breakfast. What I look for in a hotel room is cleanliness, a warm shower, a TV I can use (Tevan has YouTube), and helpful staff. Also Tevan is central enough to Jomtien so I can walk to the beach, access local shops, local restaurants, and bars I can relax in. And, of course the nightly rate is very competitive. Next time I'm in Jomtien, I'll stay at this hotel.

Cons:

Perhaps the view from my room. But it wasn't really an issue. Guests at this pricepoint, I think, care about the crucial points I mentioned above.
