Gute Lage direkt am Wasser, geräumige, saubere Zimmer, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten

Wir sind mit einem Flug um 2:30 Uhr nachts von Hongkong angereist und entsprechend früh und übermüdet auf Jeju gelandet. Bereits eine Woche zuvor hatten wir das Hotel kontaktiert um uns nach der Möglichkeit und den Kosten eines Early Check-ins zu erkundigen. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass dies erst am Tag der Anreise vor Ort geprüft werden kann. Bei unserer Ankunft um 9 Uhr wurde die Frage sofort und ohne jegliche Prüfung verneint und auf die reguläre Check-in Zeit um 15 Uhr verwiesen. Wir sind an einem Sonntag angereist und hatten nicht den Eindruck, dass das Hotel komplett ausgebucht ist. Hier hätten wir uns einen besseren Service erwartet, z.B. indem man dem Gast Optionen aufzeigt (ggf. gegen Aufpreis), um die Wartezeit zu überbrücken.
