Categories

Cleanliness
5
Multiple reviews mention poor cleaning: moldy bathrooms, dust, unwashed covers, box cleaning issues and inconsistent room hygiene.
Service
8.8
Generally praised staff: polite, proactive and attentive in many reports, though a few guests reported poor reception or billing communication problems.
Location
9
Consistently noted as a strong point — central/near cathedral, shopping and dining; many guests call the location excellent or very good.
Room Quality
5.2
Frequent complaints about old rooms, mattress problems (holes, joined single beds), odors, leaking AC and malfunctioning TVs; some rooms noted as comfortable but issues are common.
Amenities
6
Mixed to below-average: breakfast and restaurant improved, but gym is small/poor, Wi‑Fi/5G signal reported as bad, and unexpected paid parking/limited facilities were mentioned.
Value for Money
8
Several guests describe the hotel as good cost-benefit and recommend it for value, though surprise fees and dated facilities reduce perceived value for some.
Food and Beverage
9.5
Very strong: breakfast repeatedly praised as excellent, tasty, well-stocked and replenished; frequently listed as a highlight.
Overall Experience
7.7
Overall mixed but positive: excellent breakfast, strong location and generally good staff offset issues with cleanliness and room condition; aligns with the target overall impression.

Pros:

Café da manhã e localização

Cons:

Gracias

Cons:

Sobre todo, el desayuno y la cena. Además de ver TV de varios canales.
