Magnifica estancia
Pros:

todo el ambiente en general estuvo muy bien , muy limpio , muy amable el personal , el desayuno incluido es suficiente, la ubicacion excelente y hay facilidad de transporte

en realidad todo me gusto, no tengo queja de nada. tal vez solo pediria mas agua en el cuarto , solo eso porque al menos yo si tomo mucha agua y como no se puede pasar comidad del exterior que pusieran agua de medio litro por persona

Me dieron un cuarto que ya estaba ocupado, tuve acceso a el y me percaté que alguien másestaba allí. Me dio miedo estando sola que me pasara lo mismo, no lo tomaron en serio, me echaron a perder un medicamento por no meterlo al refrigerador, no me dieron soporte ni servicio, moderaron mi reseña por no decir algo bueno, nunca fui grosera, solo clara.

La limpieza de las habitaciones es muy buena, la ubicación del hotel me s muy útil, el trato del personal del restaurante, limpieza y mantenimiento, EXCELENTE!!!

Cons:

Anteriormente ofrecían cafe y te durante todo el día. El personal es amable, sin embargo no esta dispuesto a escuchar sugerencias, ni a ofrecer un mejor servicio, ojala no sigan abusando de la ubicación, que es lo que realmente pagamos.

Buena habitación, muy bien ubicada, busca otras opcines de desayuno.

La ubicacion es muy buena y está situado en una plaza comercial que tiene restaurantes y cines. En buenas avenidas. Otros grandes comercios estan cercanos. La habitración es practica y confortable.

Cons:

El desayuno que ofrecen es regular, no con muchas alternativas, pero el servicio en restaurante es malo, y no tienen ni siquiera las mesas adecuadas para que se disponga del desaryuno.
