Per dormir està correcte però no és un allotjament fantàstic
Cons:

Instalacions molt deixades, antigues i mal conservades. Roba de llit i tovalloles velles i tacades. Estavem a una 7ena planta, a baix hi ha una discoteca, s’escoltava soroll desde dins. Personal poc resolutiu, vam necessitar un canvi de llençols bruts i no ho van fer aquell dia perquè no tenien personal de neteja a aquell moment. Poca predisposició de fer l’estada més agradable i poca actitud per part dels treballadors de fer una estada agradable. Llençols mal posats i com hem dit, tacats i vells. Esmorzar correcte.

Cons:

O banheiro e quarto em geral possuiam um forte cheiro de esgoto. Muita humidade nas paredes.

Buena ubicación, precio y atención
Pros:

-Desayuno excelente y abundante. Tipo buffet.
- El personal del hotel es maravilloso y colaborador.
-La zona del hotel es muy buena, céntrica y tranquila.
-Excelente comunicación con el hotel, previa a nuestra llegada, durante nuestra estancia y después. Responden rápido.

Cons:

- El AC no funcionó muy bien. Creo que le faltaba mantenimiento
-La ropa de cama (sábanas) y de baño (toallas). Creo que deben mejorarlas o cambiarlas porque algunas estaban rotas y/o manchadas. No eran suaves.
-El hotel no tiene su propio estacionamiento.

Great location and friendly staff, but the room needs better maintenance and comfort.
Pros:

The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was always friendly, welcoming, and willing to help.

Cons:

The room could have been cleaner, and the bed linens and towels looked old and stained, although they were clean and had no bad smell. The TV did not work properly, and the room was very cold. When I asked for an extra blanket, I received a very thin duvet that wasn't enough to keep the room warm. The soundproofing is also poor, so it was easy to hear housekeeping cleaning and talking in the hallway early in the morning.
