Her şey çok güzeldi. Odalar temiz, yataklar rahattı. Odada ütü, her şey vardı. Resepsiyondaki beyefendi çok samimi karşıladı. Daha önce hangi otellerde kaldığımızı sordu. Hatta bu otelde ilk defa kalacağımız için kahvaltı hediye etti ve "Bundan sonra başka otellerde kalmak yok :)" dedi. Otelde kaldığımız gün 28 Mayıs'tı. Akşam odaya dönünce böyle güzel bir manzara ile karşılaştık. Çok ince düşünmüşler. Çok mutlu olduk.
Everything was wonderful. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The room had everything we needed, including an iron. The gentleman at the reception welcomed us very warmly. He asked which hotels we had stayed at before. Since it was our first time staying at this hotel, he even gifted us complimentary breakfast and said, "No staying at other hotels from now on! :)"
The day we stayed at the hotel was May 28th. When we returned to our room in the evening, we were greeted by such a beautiful sight. It was a very thoughtful gesture. We were so happy.

Todo. La atencion de todo el personal. Desde el conserje, el personal del front desk, el restaurante. En todos lados la atencion fue lo mas eestacado.
La habitacion bastante espaciosa y cerca del lounge.
Agortunadamente nos permitieron check in mas temprano.
Todo estuvo bien. Tal vez un poco lejos del centro oero en metro a 4 estaciones estabas en los sitios mas turisticos

كل شي رائع جدا جدا.. فقط الإفطار نوعا ما لم يناسبني ولكن قد يناسب غيري..اشكر طاقم الفندق المتعاون الرائع.. طاقم بمنتهى الرقي والذوق.. Bilal/Akin/orzan/sinan/Jehuda وجميع الموظفين كانوا قمة قمة في الأسلوب.. الأخ Bilal في الاستقبال لم يتردد لحظة في مساعدتنا وتقديم كل مابوسعه لراحتنا..فندق متكامل قريب من جميع الخدمات وخلفه شارع نيشانتاشي وشيشلي.. اعجبني وجود ميزان وتغليف شنط ومكينة صراف داخل الفندق.. وكذلك يوجد في اللوبي ستاربكس.. اعجبني التفتيش عند الدخول لاي شخص مما يدل عالامان العالي.. موظف تنظيف الغرف Jehuda رائع ومبتسم ومنظم ومتعاون جدا.. والجميع بكل أمانة لاحظت الترحيب والابتسامة لكل شخص داخل وطالع.. كانوا سبب بعد الله في اكتمال جمال الرحلة

House keeping
We've stayed in two rooms - family room and angle suit. Family room was awful - small windows high from the floor, shower did not work, even the door handle was falling off. The bed mattress was too soft, so I slept awfully.
Instead, Angle suit was perfect - floor to pavement windows with an amazing view, comfortable mattress, everything very clean and working, water bottles were updated every day. I really loved the citrus/ginger shampoo and shower gel, wonderful scent!
Breakfast was amazing - very various and nutritious. I really appreciated the fresh omelette making point and a nice woman making hot gozleme. Maybe only the variety of desserts was not so big, but it's ok.
Executive lounge was the thing we liked the most. Thanks to the buffet we didn't need to have dinner usually, it was enough to eat there and everything was really tasty. Moreover we could have a beautiful experience of having dinner with an amazing sunset view to the city and the sea. A special THANKS to the girl working in the lounge, unfortunately I don't remember her name, for being very kind, helpful and attentive to the guests, always very polite and smiling.
The hotel never replied to me in the email or booking app even if I wrote in advance several times. I needed to call to receive any reply.
We were living in three, but every day we needed to ask for an additional towel as the cleaning always left two complects instead of three. Also we've asked for an additional blanket, but always received a plaid instead of a normal blanket.
Unfortunately the windows were very dirty, so with the sun it was quite impossible to make nice photos of the view.
