Amazing (but loud/busy) location - staff outstanding
Pros:

Fantastic location. Reception staff were amazing - Particularly Santos - so welcoming, so helpful and friendly - my favourite Italian that we met on the whole trip!! Rooms were super clean, beautifully presented.

Cons:

Given its location, it is a busy and loud area so can be disruptive when sleeping. Similarly, the room walls are quite thin and opening/closing of room doors is very loud. The shower in our room was tiny - not many people would be able to fit in it! (That said - very good water pressure!!)

Wonderful hotel in a great location & immaculately clean with lovely staff.

Bodas de plata en Roma maravillosas
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente muy cerca del coliseo, foro romano y la columna de Trajano. Teníamos una botellita de champán en la habitación y una cafeteria/ pastelería al lado buenisima. El personal muy amable y Mariela un amor explicándote donde estas con un mapa ..un aire eñacondicionado maravilloso

Cons:

Por decir algo que no tenían alcachofa en la ducha pero tienen gorros de agua que evitando que mojes el.pelo pero todo muy limpio.

The staff at the hotel and the location were top-notch! but we dearly missed having Wi-Fi at the hotel.
Pros:

The people were wonderful and our rooms were cute and they kept us clean every day!

Cons:

They were having trouble with their Wi-Fi and we did not have Wi-Fi the entire time we were there for three days. They also were unable to hail us a cab which meant standing in the street trying to hail one as we use taxis for our entire stay. They also turned the hot water off one day although they gave us notice the night before that it wouldn’t be turned off till after 10:30 in the morning so it didn’t affect us.

Excellent location.
Pros:

It was very centrally located with the Colosseum and the Trevi fountain 15 minutes away, many restaurants right in front of the door of the hotel and a bakery right below as well so everything was easily accessible. The beds were good, but not the best however the stay was awesome. 24 hr. Front desk.

When we arrived at this hotel we were pleasantly surprised to discover this hidden gem in the best location for sight seeing in Rome. Hotel is charming, well maintained and staff is cheerful, welcoming and very helpful!
