Cons:

Lo único fue que la piscina temperada no estaba tan caliente (tal vez asi es nomás), y el aire helado se metía por varias partes. Pero los demás super!

Buena ubicación y el hotel en general está bien. Sin embargo, la atención del personal de recepción dejó mucho que desear: poca empatía, trabas innecesarias y procesos más lentos de lo esperado. En especial, quiero mencionar a Dominique, quien tuvo conmigo actitudes que percibí como misóginas y poco profesionales. Incluso al solicitar la factura, me hizo esperar más de lo indicado, sin una razón clara, simplemente por hacerme esperar. Aunque estas actitudes fueron particularmente evidentes por parte de Dominique, la atención del resto del personal de recepción tampoco fue diferente ni especialmente amable o eficiente. No sé si volvería.
