Excelente Hotel en Santiago
Pros:

Excelente hotel, ubicación en el barrio las condes excelente, muy dispuestos a colaborar especialmente el conserje Fabián Silva.
Nos preparó el tour que íbamos a realizar al yeso, cajón del maipo, excelente tour. Desayuno buffet inmejorable. El tema de la piscina en el 15 piso excelente.

Cons:

La atención de algunas personas de la recepción sobre todo el turno de los hombres un poco complicados y poco dispuestos a atenderlo a uno, igualmente en el buffet hay un una persona que atiende que es bastante malhumorada. Pero de resto el personal es maravilloso resaltamos la atención de Fabián Silva maravilloso. El turno de la atención del turno de las chicas en recepción y comedor en los 5 días que estuvimos hospedados maravillosas.

Excelente lugar para la familia
Pros:

En el hotel me encanta la limpieza de las habitaciones, el espacio que tienen y valoro mucho también la atención del personal. El desayuno me parece completo y la limpieza en el desayuno también lo valoro mucho.

Cons:

Suelo ir muchas veces al año al hotel pero esta vez presentó un poco de deterioro o falta de mantención de pequeñas cosas. particularmente en habitacion 807 la ducha monocomando estaba caída. Es un hotel hermoso, no dejen que estas cosas que son pequeños detalles lo deterioren.
