La atención, el desayuno bien completo, la seguridad del sector, estacionamiento, piscina temperada y cerca de todo.
El sonido perpetuo casi del aire acondicionado, y cierto olor a humo que de repente se sentía.
Tenia mucha expectativa, pero me defraudó.
El agua caliente demoraba mucho en salir, mucho mas de 6 minutos, Minutos !! no segundos !!! el cafe era un desastre, el día miércoles se rompieron las maquinas de cafe y se estropeó el desayuno. Todos finjieron demencia.
Antes de contratar me ofrecieron un auto para que me busque en el aeropuerto, free. Cuando lo pedí me querian cobrar.

Muy buen y variado desayuno. El gimnasio y la piscina muy buenos lugares. La habitación amplia y las camas muy cómodas. Todo el personal muy amable. Muy buen detalle contar con un lugar con pantalla gigante, para disfrutar el Mundial.
Todo funcionó bien. A mantener la calidad del servicio.
El lugar, las instalaciones y la calidad en el servicio. Un buen estándar en el desayuno, la piscina temperada, los espacios como terrazas, etc. todo nos pareció formidable. Pero destacó enormemente la calidad del personal.
El personal en el “ front desk” simplemente excepcional. Destaco a Mauricio y Eduardo particularmente por su paciencia, delicadeza y por asegurarnos que todo estuviera perfecto.
Jaqueline, Sebastián, Michael y Yony en el restaurante nos brindaron un servicio formidable, lleno de detalles, de ayudarnos a sentir bienvenidos, cuidados. Hay amor por lo que hacen y eso lo notas.
Destacamos también a Andrés en la recepción. Mi pareja que es no vidente, se sintió todo el rato acompañado. Andrés lo guió por el hotel cuando por trabajo tuve que ausentarme. Destacó también a Diego en el equipo de IT que tuvo la gentileza de configurar la TV para una persona ciega.

As a blind person, traveling always requires a leap of faith in the places I visit. My recent stay at the Radisson Blu in Santiago de Chile did not just meet my expectations—it deeply moved me due to the immense human warmth of its staff.
The hotel facilities are fantastic; I thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool, which was exquisitely warm. I also want to commend the hotel on the noticeable improvement in the breakfast buffet: the variety is excellent, and great care is taken to keep the hot food perfectly warm.
However, what truly makes this hotel shine is its people. They didn't just do their jobs; they shared their humanity with me:
Andrés (Concierge): An absolute gentleman. His kindness and perfect English are remarkable, but what I appreciate most was his constant willingness to guide me and help me navigate the hotel safely.
Diego (IT): His empathy was exceptional. He took the time and care to configure my room's TV so that it was fully accessible for a blind person. A technical gesture, but with a huge heart behind it.
Eduardo and Mauricio (Front Desk): Impeccable professionals, always available for my requests. They personally ensured that the entire hotel staff was attentive to my needs, making me feel safe and supported at all times.
At the restaurant, the experience was equally wonderful:
Jaqueline: I want to highlight her incredible character as a person. Her service is uniquely delicate, and she possesses an admirable organizational capacity.
Michael (Waiter) and Yony (Afternoon Shift Manager): Always attentive, detail-oriented, and ready to make every meal an enjoyable moment.
Sebastián: His assistance was invaluable, and I was pleasantly surprised by his incredible command of English.
