La calidez del personal, los cuales se dieron el tiempo de atender los requerimientos y sobrellevar problemas de pago de consumo del restaurante.

Cons:

El día sábado 30 de mayo, alrededor de las 11 de la mañana, en el pasillo del piso 12 se sentía un fuerte olor a marihuana, situación que se informó a conserjería, pero no tuve respuesta de cómo se resolvió la situación, personalmente no volvía salir de la habitación hasta transcurrido las 14:00 hrs para evitar el olor.

Отель не плохой, но это не уровень Рэдиссона.
Pros:

Номер брали на троих(номер 707), места немного, но достаточно. Отличный и разнообразный завтрак. Вид из окна - на здания, но при ясной погоде вдали можно было рассмотреть Анды. Хороший район, безопасное местоположение. В пешей доступности метро, продуктовый магазин и старбакс. На первом этаже отеля расположен ресторан, где проходят завтраки. Старбакс тоже есть.

Cons:

1) Бронировали с постоплатой иностранной картой(списать деньги могут в любой момент). Оплата картой не прошла, в букинге появилась ошибка оплаты, связалась с отелем через букинг и потом по e-mail. В итоге, договориться на оплату наличкой на месте/переоформить бронирование на оплату на месте администратор не захотел/не смог. Вы оплатили через их ссылку на сайте с доплатой 19% от суммы указанной на букинге( проблема была на стороне отеля, они не смогли принять нашу оплату, но комиссию заплатили мы). Это самый неприятный момент.
2) Мы приехали раньше времени заселения, оставили свой багаж в камере хранения, на багаж наклеили наклейки, текст на них говорил, что персонал не несет никакой ответственности за потерю вещей (странно, но ок). Ничего не пропало, но как-то неприятно из-за подобного текста.
3) В номере в душевой вода плохо уходила, требуется прочистить трубы, устранить засор.
4) При заселении набор полотенец, халаты были только на двоих.
5) В номере не было одноразовых щеток.
Общее впечатление, отель/номер не тянет на Рэдиссон(есть с чем сравнить).

Excelente experiencia por una noche
Pros:

Fuimos con mi familia por la noche, sin mucha anticipación, ya que fue por trabajos de emergencia en la casa. El personal nos recibió muy bien, la habitación muy cómoda, excelente todas las instalaciones, el desayuno increíble.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado tiene un ruido que es intermitente, pero que se siente constantemente. No es algo terrible, mis hijos pudieron dormir sin problema.
