Blessed with a wonderful stay and special personal time at the sanctuary.
Pros:

Beautifully maintained property, with exceptionally welcoming and helpful staff. Spacious comfortable room. Everything you need on the property. Easily walked to the sanctuary.

Cons:

There was a certain man at the reception who was very rude and refused to speak English. We had to leave at 7am and we could not be accommodated 10 minutes earlier to have a coffee before leaving although we paid for breakfast. Adoration chapel on floor one was always locked. There was no iron. Dinner options were poor.

This is a very religious city and to have a hotel this quality surprised me. But did not satisfy.
Pros:

This is a very good hotel as far as facilities,cleanliness, room size and comfort. This could very easily be a 5 star hotel but it falls down in a few basic areas.

Cons:

The service at the bar and restaurant was very bad. In this area they are not a serious good hotel. We had a dinner there that was more suited to a soup kitchen. Very disappointing. It was almost impossible to get service in the bar and the staff really did not look interested.
