Excelente localização no centro da cidade e ambiente tranquilo
Pros:

Localização excelente: dá para chegar a pé a todas as principais atracções desta margem do rio, mas também fica perto de uma estação com várias linhas de metro e da paragem do autocarro para o aeroporto. O bairro tem muitas opções de restaurantes e vida noturna, mas a rua é tranquila à noite (nós estivemos durante a semana e o quarto ficava no 7° andar, não sei se ao fim-de-semana ou num andar mais baixo poderia haver algum barulho). Os funcionários são simpáticos, falam várias línguas e são muito prestáveis: ajudam com qualquer pergunta ou dúvida. O quarto standard é básico mas limpo e funcional.

Cons:

O cortinado blackout do quarto poderia ser mais espesso e escuro, não tapa realmente a luz que vem de fora. A sala do pequeno-almoço poderia ser um pouco maior: as mesas são muitos próximas uma com a outra.

Muy recomendable y centrico
Pros:

Las camas twin (separadas) están muy bien y son cómodas. El sistema de aire acondicionado muy bueno y mete poco ruido, lo cual es vital porque nos hizo mucho calor en nuestra estancia. El baño muy limpio y luminoso. El desayuno bufet correcto para un hotel de 3 Estrellas. El personal de recepción el más amable el del turno de tarde/noche. El hotel tiene una ubicación genial, muy céntrica. En pocos minutos andando, por buenas calles, tienes el Danubio en la zona de los barcos de excursiones, todas las cosas que hay que ver en el barrio Judío. La Basílica de San Andrés a 15 minutos andando y el Parlamento a 25 minutos andando (además de tener a mano metro y tranvías). También tienes a 5 minutos la parada de autobús para ir/venir del aeropuerto 100E (que circula las 24h. /días a la semana). El propio hotel te gestiona de forma muy eficiente propuestas de servicios adicionales, como taxis tanto el día de tu llegada como para irte. A través del whatsapp puedes comunicarte con ellos 24 horas.

Cons:

Te ponen agua de cortesía en la habitación (y te dan más si pides), que imagino que es agua del grifo o agua filtrada. El agua en Budapest es potable en grifos y fuentes. Pero después te cobran a precio de oro el agua mineral embotellada. Una de las mesillas de la habitación es la propia nevera de habitación, que está vacía y enfría bien lo que tú metas. La nevera no hace ruido, pero si se calienta por fuera, y lo que dejas sobre la mesilla se calienta también. Pero me parecen cosa menores, ya que mi percepción del hotel es muy buena. El armario es pequeño y sin puertas. No poner puertas en los armarios se está convirtiendo en una moda o epidemia en los hoteles.

La ubicación

Cons:

Estuvimos 3 días sin frigorífico en plena ola de calor a más de 40 grados. Cuando informamos al personal de recepción no había nadie para arreglarlo.

El secador no funcionaba.

En cuanto al servicio de limpieza, solo nos cambiaron las toallas pero no nos hicieron la cama.

Cons:

Le ménage est fait à partir de 15h minimum.
Si vous repassez en début d’après midi pour une douche ou un repos , c'est ennuyeux

Had a great stay!
Pros:

We had to attend a wedding and planned to drop off our things and check in late that night, but they let us check in early. Very friendly staff, great breakfast for the price. They also let us park there the rest of the day after we checked out. Very central location. Would come again!
