Un havre de calme dans New Delhi
Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé, à proximité du Pura Qila ou de la Tombe d'Humayun (Old Delhi est un peu plus éloigné). L'établissement a le mérite de constituer un havre de calme dans une ville hyper bruyante. Le quartier ne présente pas de charme particulier; il a le mérite d'être calme, proximité d'un petit restaurant et d'un ATM. Les chambres proposées sont tout à fait confortables et un nécessaire de toilette est mis à disposition. Nous avons apprécié la petite attention des noix de cajou et des cacahuètes. Le room service est aux petits soins.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner indien; pas d'offre continentale.

Pros:

Adorei a localização em bairro tranquilo e perto dos principais pontos. Conseguimos transporte para todos os locais. Tudo limpo e organizado. Não havia pressão por gorjetas e a caixinha na recepção se torna uma opção discreta para quem quer dar. Cafe da manha muito bom e restaurante que nos atendeu a noite.

Cons:

As instalações são um pouco mais antigas, mas tudo funcionando.

A solid choice
Pros:

Comfortable, nice staff. Great breakfast, Other meals are ok. Relatively quiet for Delhi- but you may hear traffic noise from the nearby highway. The neighborhood seems safe but isn't very walkable, though we did walk to the nearby (old) mosque and Khan market, both were along busy roads. India Gate walk would be similar.

Bad checkin, no welcome, no help
Pros:

First of all, the gates to the enclave where the hotel is were closed and the hotel had given no instructions as to how to access the property. I had already alerted them of my arrival time (nearly midnight) but they made zero effort to make my arrival easy. At the closed gate with my hired car, I had to call the hotel to figure out how to reach it. I had to put the hotel on speaker so the front desk person could give instructions to the driver on speaker. I use a non-India mobile phone so the call was an added expense. Finally at the hotel, I had to pay the pre-paid driver an extra 1,200 rupees because I negotiated an additional stop on the way to drop off my friend at her hotel. I tried using a UPI payment app for foreigners to pay the driver but found that it only works for paying merchants not individuals. So I went into the hotel and asked if the hotel or the staff could pay the driver on my behalf and then put the 1,200 rupees on my bill or else I could use the app to pay the hotel immediately. For some reason, they said they could do anything and said that - at 1 am! - I should walk down the street to an ATM to get cash! At 1 am! I had enough at that point and threw a fit! Finally the desk staff agreed to pay the driver but demanded that I repay the 1,200 rupees by 9 am in the morning, the end of his shift. I agreed but frankly that just upset me more. He went and paid the driver and then came back to check me in. This hotel is so antiquated with its record keeping that they make you sign an old ledger book. I got checked in and shown to my room. The room (I am in it now) is okay - rather musty (very musty - no aircon when you leave as it shuts off when you take the key card out of the slot) - on the ground floor so I can ever lift the shades - no view anyway! I realized that the front desk fellow neglected to give me any information about breakfast, the WiFi or any of the usual welcoming information. So I had to go back to the front desk to get that. He had also forgotten me to sign the prepaid payment slips for my six-day stay. Frankly, after this harried check in experience and the lack of any kindness or hospitality to help a guest, I would sooner leave after just one night. But I am here, with my stay already badly spoiled. I also have to get up early and walk down the road in this polluted city to get the front desk man his money!

Pros:

Staff were excellent and we were sorry to leave. Nothing was too much trouble - moving room, extra duvet, extra pillow, extra water, printing off tickets etc.
Our room was quiet and there was plenty of hot water. Close to Khan Market - great for coffee houses, bars and shopping, and also for key tourist attractions like Humayuns Tomb, Purana Qila, Modern Art Museum and India Gate

Cons:

The front rooms of the hotel do get consistent "horn noise" from the busy road quite near the hotel. If that could be a problem, then you need to be clear about that prior to or at check-in. Other than that nothing!

Pros:

Location . It is very close to Pragati maidan so many business people find it very convenient.

Cons:

It is not a hotel but something between home stay and a hotel. Minimum service for the price charged.
