Exceptional stay!
Pros:

I had an excellent stay at Aruja Hotel and can highly recommend it. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed warmly by the staff. After checking in, I was pleasantly offered a different room, which turned out to be spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and I slept very well throughout my stay.
What impressed me most was the outstanding hospitality of the entire team. Every single employee was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The reception staff assisted me with everything I needed, including helping me find an ATM. My luggage was brought to my room, and the security staff at the entrance were always welcoming, opening doors and helping with my bags whenever needed.
The breakfast and buffet exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious, the selection was excellent, and the service was outstanding.
The location is also fantastic. Sundar Nagar is a beautiful, green, and peaceful neighborhood. The hotel is conveniently located for both the city's attractions and the airport.
A special thank you to everyone working at the hotel. From reception and housekeeping to the restaurant team, security staff, and everyone behind the scenes – thank you for your kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. You made me feel truly welcome.
I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. A well-deserved 10 out of 10!

Gute Lage, freundlicher Service, saubere Zimmer und tolles Frühstück

Das Hotel befindet sich in perfekter Lage für viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in Delhi, die Zimmer sind sauber und die Einrichtung entspricht den Fotos. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und geht auf individuelle Wünsche ein. Ein Highlight war das Frühstück für mich - es gibt eine wechselnde Auswahl an indischen Gerichten, einen guten Kaffee und Eierspeisen werden frisch zubereitet.

Cons:

Der Mittagslunch war gut, jedoch kein besonderes Highlight. Zu beachten ist: das Hotel liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße - es gibt Zimmer zur Straße, die entsprechend laut sind und Zimmer mit Fenstern zum ruhigen Innenhof. Dies sollte man bei der Buchung berücksichtigen.

個人的には気に入ったし、全般的に満足している。
Pros:

周辺は比較的静かで、休むことができた。ちょっと歩くと近所の住民向けのレストランやカフェのあるもあって間に合わせにはよい。動物園も近い。それと鉄道の駅が意外と近いのがよかった。建物は新しくないがよく保たれていて清潔で十分満足。スタッフもフレンドリー。朝食は家庭料理のようでとても気に入った。

Cons:

早めの朝食などをマネージャーに頼んでおいたのに、時間までに用意されておらず、スタッフ間のコミュニケーションがいまいちでがっかりさせられることもあった。アーリーチェックインやレイトチェックアウトに関する記述がBooking.comのページに無く、ページから問い合わせにも返事がなかった。後もう少し価格が安いといい。

The hotel met the need i had for a base to work from and go to meet people and attend events.
Pros:

Breakfast was sufficient as i was not in the hotel much and had early starts and late finishes. The room was also sufficient, good washing and bedroom facilities. Location was good for the work i was there to do and would use the hotel again if i need to.

Cons:

The room needed some maintenance and could have been cleaner but overall it suited the purposes of my stay and the service at the hotel was helpful and you felt safe.

Un havre de calme dans New Delhi
Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé, à proximité du Pura Qila ou de la Tombe d'Humayun (Old Delhi est un peu plus éloigné). L'établissement a le mérite de constituer un havre de calme dans une ville hyper bruyante. Le quartier ne présente pas de charme particulier; il a le mérite d'être calme, proximité d'un petit restaurant et d'un ATM. Les chambres proposées sont tout à fait confortables et un nécessaire de toilette est mis à disposition. Nous avons apprécié la petite attention des noix de cajou et des cacahuètes. Le room service est aux petits soins.

Petit déjeuner indien; pas d'offre continentale.
