Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Macon West, GA

Definitely a five star review. Our visit here was excellent from the sign in with a young lady at the desk in the evening to breakfast in the morning. I have spent twice as much for less room and less facilities than I encountered at this hotel. It has a good solid breakfast. Clean well designed New rooms and everything works. What a change from other places I’ve stayed. For those that are making a trip from Cincinnati to Naples, Florida or points along that route it is conveniently off the highway and only a mile or so away from your final destination. Be sure and stop here. They have a swimming pool and an excellent exercise room in addition to everything else.

Clean, good experience, great staff! Was good for overnight stay, plenty of options close by. Can easily recommend!!!

I have been staying at this hotel for the last four months due to work obligations. I have been very pleased with my stay here. My room is very nice, and it is cleaned every day. The bed is very comfortable, and I have everything I need in the room. Excellent Wi-Fi and television selection. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Had my credit card on file=prepaid the room in full =got home and wow got charged another $62.00

I had a very great stay at the Country Inn & Suites here in Macon. We got their a little earlier than check in, but no worries. We met Kelvin, who was very kind in helping us getting checked in very smoothly. We were there for the county fair, and he told us what to expect, and he was on point! 2 hour wait to get in the fair because of traffic. Kelvin has great customer service skills, and it would be our pleasure to return for another stay. Thank you Kelvin!!

The breakfast is ok . I don’t eat gluten, lactose and processed food.
For the price of stay I was expecting water bottle in the room . Not even at soda machine. I don’t drink from water fountain.

The property was clean and peaceful.

Room could use a refresher. Musty smell and sheets were not clean.

I found myself having to stay at Country Inn & Suites, Macon West due to life circumstances, so my stay went beyond the normal 1-3 night stay of most guest. I chose County Inn & Suites due to the location and the great customer service I experienced from a previous stay. The staff at Country Inn are always pleasant and willing to assist. I could always guarantee that my room would be clean, and the bed would be comfortable. Although the location is a bit sketchy, I never felt unsafe staying at Country Inn. On days I entered the lobby to get to my room, I was always greeted with a hello and friendly conversation from any of the front desk staff would always give me something to smile or laugh about, if I was having a bad day. In addition to clean rooms, great customer service, a clean and pleasing breakfast area, the hotel having warm chocolate cookies in the evening was truly a plus and a nice treat to welcome you in for the night. I would highly recommend for others to consider Country Inn & Suites, Macon West for their hotel needs.

When we stepped off the elevator in the 3rd floor, there was an odor of vomit. When we walked in the room, the air was stale and it was not cool. Because we were exhausted, we stay the night. The next morning when we took a shower there was a strong odor of urine in the shower curtain. At first glance, it looked clean, but then we realized how really dirty it was, especially because of the odors. The eggs were rubbery and bland.

I can say this stay was ok and that’s about it. Several things about our room were not great, musty smell, blood stain on the comforter, tiny pillows, hair on the floor and the sink, bathroom door scratches the ground loudly, blue stains on the shower curtain, area around the sink was dirty and had splatters on the mirror wall and frame from previous stays, bleach stains in the hallways on the carpet. It was a place for me to sleep and that’s all to say about it. I would not intentionally go here again.

Parking was easy. Didn't waste my time on the breakfast. Room was not clean. I've learned to bring my own cleaning supplies. Thank GOD I did.

And it's supposed to be a disability access room. So why did I have to step into a regular tub anyway?!

Sheets were old. Bathroom walls were dirty. The floors were clean. Breakfast was good. Front desk persons were very friendly.
