The location is excellent, walkable to metro and Grand Indonesia Mall. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was also good with decent options.

Rooms are a bit old as some carpet stains were visible and aircon was not as cold as i liked but still acceptable. Other than the minor issues mentioned it was ok.

出張で泊まりました。
地下鉄Dukuh Atas BNI駅の出口がすぐ近くで、空港鉄道のBNI City駅も徒歩で行けます。
基本的にお勧めできるホテルですが、惜しいのは水回りです。
シャワーは水圧が弱く、洗面台は排水口が詰まりかけていました。
タオルはバスタオルのみで、小さなタオルがありません。

No hot water for the whole stay. I wasn’t told about it when I checked in. Then when I asked staff when it would be fixed. They replied they didn’t know. Terrible customer experience

ジャカルタ市内の渋滞を避けるためスカルノハッタ国際空港から空港鉄道で移動し、BNIシティ駅から徒歩圏内だったので非常に便利でした。
スタッフの対応も良く部屋も清潔で気持ちよく過ごせました。
朝食のメニューはそれほど種類が多くはありませんでしたが、物足りないというほどではありませんでした。
