Schönes Hotel mit super Lage
Pros:

Ich war etwas besorgt, als ich nach der Buchung die schlechten Bewertungen auf Maps gesehen hatte, bei denen es v.a. um Sauberkeit und den Zustand der Ausstattung ging. Unser Zimmer war aber sauber und hat neu/kürzlich renoviert gewirkt, auch wenn es mehr nach DIY als professionellem Handwerk aussah. Der Stil hat uns jedenfalls sehr gut gefallen.
Ein Highlight war der kostenlose Trinkwasserspender, an dem man sich bedienen konnte, da das Pariser Trinkwasser nicht sonderlich lecker ist.
Hervorragend ist übrigens auch die Lage in einer ruhigen Straße, direkt um die Ecke einer kleinen Einkaufsstraße mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften, aber wenig Lärm & Verkehr.

Cons:

Obwohl unser Zimmer sauber war, gab es leider einiges an Nachholbedarf in den Gemeinschaftsbereichen. Der Innenhof ist so schön und super ausgestattet, aber wenn die Aschenbecher nicht geleert, die Tische nicht abgewischt und die Sofas nicht entbröselt werden, möchte man die tolle Ausstattung nicht nutzen.
Ein bisschen mehr Staubsaugen und Wischen würde das Hotel noch deutlich aufwerten.

Angemessen für einen Städteaufenthalt, bei dem man sowieso nicht viel Zeit im Hotelzimmer verbringt

Cons:

einige Mängel in der Ausstattung: Offene Fugen, wackelige Treppengeländer, Licht hat nicht immer funktioniert. Müllabfuhr, Autos, Motorräder usw. auf der Straße war morgens immer recht laut, Fenster müssen geschlossen lassen

Première nuit bruyante je me suis levée pour faire taire les voisins alcoolisés des habitués de l’établissement le veilleur a fait le nécessaire. Petit déjeuner à éviter Pas d’ascenseur personnel sympathique mais à éviter quand on est en famille on se sent pas en sécurité.

J'arrive à l'hôtel, je demande à l'employé si le petit déjeuner est bien inclus. Il me dit que non. Je suis surpris et je lui montre pourtant les preuves sur mon portable. J'aurais dû insister. J'ai payé un supplément petit déjeuner. Booking me confirme bien maintenant que le petit déjeuner était inclus et déjà payé. J'aurais aimé plus d'attention de l'employé pour s'attarder sur ce problème étant donné que j'avais bel et bien raison. Car j'ai payé deux fois un petit déjeuner...
