For us the location was outstanding..... We were able to walk around & explore the city was so amazing.....our kids loved the fact that buses were just out the door,& town on our doorstep was an absolute plus for us as a family.
All the staff were VERY PROFESSIONAL,friendly & hard case, wonderful to deal with,we loved the fact of parking underneath motel great access,super convenient Gold Stars guys

Cons:

The unit was quite worn & in desperate need of a re-fresh n updates it looked Real tired...( Stained carpets,dark grubby marks on the walls in bedroom, sink in bathroom was blocked & didn't drain away even after we mentioned to the reception staff)
we expected x2 separate rooms NOT a room in lounge with noisy divider doors,the lock in bathroom toilet was lose n not secure,the wifi was like (maccaz wifi our teen) said it flicked in & out when it felt like it really hard to watch a movie without interrupting.

D'avoir été prévenu seulement une fois l'annulation gratuite impossible qu'il y avait des travaux à proximité, qui ne pouvait être plus proche vu qu'ils touchaient notre balcon occultant totalement la vue (bâche blanche). Nous avons donc demandé à changer de chambre au vu de cette énorme deconvenue, ce qui nous a été refusé car " trop compliqué". De plus le rideau de douche était très sale, et nous n'avons pas pu utiliser le bain à remous prévu dans les équipements de la chambre car c'était strictement interdit par une affiche sur la paroi de la douche. Pour finir le parking nous a été également refusé alors que le personnel était encore là sous prétexte que c'était aussi trop compliqué. A fuir absolument.
