For guests without pre-booked parking with us, please access hotel via Gatwick North Terminal - this includes drop-offs (charged £7.00 as per Gatwick's tariff). The hotel entrance is inside the North Terminal 1st Floor Level, towards the far righ-hand side of the Easyjet bag drop area. Entry to the Mid Stay Car Park 7 will incur charges.

Due to airport security reasons, the hotel will not be able to accept or store any postage, sporting or event tickets, parcels or store luggage prior to arrival or upon departure.

On my last 2 overnight stays that i have stayed there i have booked an early call and on both occasions they have forgot

Pros:

Staff attentive and helpful. Rooms clean.

Cons:

Bed too hard for me. An option of a soft topper would have been ideal.
Feathers pillows not comfortable but then I'm used to the butterfly pillows that cradle the neck and support neck / shoulder when sleeping on the side. My friend in the next room slept very well and was 100% happy with her room.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Nice clean public facilities

Cons:

Bed was too hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast not very fresh and disappointing for the price charged
