For guests without pre-booked parking with us, please access hotel via Gatwick North Terminal - this includes drop-offs (charged £10.00 as per Gatwick's tariff). The hotel entrance is inside the North Terminal 1st Floor Level, towards the far righ-hand side of the Easyjet bag drop area. Entry to the Mid Stay Car Park 7 will incur charges.

Due to airport security reasons, the hotel will not be able to accept or store any postage, sporting or event tickets, parcels or store luggage prior to arrival or upon departure.

Good value for money and perfect location for North Terminal/EasyJet bag drop.
Pros:

Location is perfect, received message prior to arrival to advise about how to access hotel which was helpful. Booked for night before our honeymoon and the staff on reception gave us an upgraded room and two mini bottles of Prosecco which was lovely! Staff very kind and attentive. Breakfast at convenient time and included gluten free cereal & bread with dedicated toaster.

Cons:

The on-site restaurant is very limited, although price not too expensive for airport food. Better availability of bar snacks (e.g., chips/fries) would have been nice.

We had a lovely, comfortable stay and really appreciated the fantastic location and easy access to Gatwick North Termina

Excellent location, especially for an early flight from Gatwick North Terminal. The hotel is directly connected to the terminal, which made everything very easy and stress-free. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Very convenient for an overnight stay before a flight.

Cons:

Nothing major to complain about. The room was a little basic for the price, but overall it was comfortable and extremely convenient for Gatwick Airport.

An easy to get to hotel right in the North Terminal. Staff friendly. Restaurant area visitor friendly.

As a female on my own, I was very pleased with the double lock and latch on the inside of the door . I felt very safe.

We had a ground floor room
Sewage came up through the bath plug three times, no maintenance to sort the issue. They moved us up to 3rd floor
They were at full capacity and clearly your plumbing system can’t cope! At the prices you charge this is unacceptable
