The fact that they put me an old woman with a heavy suitcase as far from the lift as it was possible to be and very hard to wheel my case on your carpet. The breakfast was not good. Rubbery scrambled eggs. No fresh cut up fruit to go with cereal and yoghurt. Coffee not good.

Perfect location
Proximity and location to Gatwick.
I would have preferred to have stayed at the Hilton Garden inn at Heathrow where I was catching my next flight out of. However, that would have been $450. more expensive, which is very overpriced for a functional airport hotel.
As a Hilton member, I find that pretty disappointing. The price point even in high season should be maxed out at $350.
Modern, clean and great layout in room. Just brilliant overall and better than others in the vicinity. Can highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
