The staff were very friendly and nice
As soon I checked out, I have to pay for the drinking water, which I think is not fair for a 5 star hotel
Nice, room, the hotel staff are friendly and the service is good.

The room is spacious, comfortable, and sound proof. The selection of breakfast was wonderful
The air con felt somewhat warm sometimes
The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is very good, and the overall quality of the cuisine is excellent. The front desk team is particularly helpful, efficient, and uncomplicated, making every interaction smooth and pleasant. I also appreciated the housekeeping team’s attention to detail, which clearly shows genuine care for the guest experience.
Overall, a very pleasant stay with excellent service and a warm, professional atmosphere. I would gladly return.
The only downsides during my stay were that the pool is currently being renovated and the fitness centre is rather limited in terms of equipment.
The breakfast and dinner was excellent. The traditional Indonesian food menu was great. Maybe just add some more western style food options to the dinner menu to accommodate everyone. Thats all very good in all
Pool temperature could be a lil bit more higher but that is very minor.
Location, people helpful ness ,great
No swimming pool, Bathroom in my room was stinking i have not complained but they need remove smell room no
Awful experience and extremely uncooperative management team.
La struttura è elegante e molto bella!
