Pros:

スタッフの対応が良かった。

Cons:

ユニットバスのあちこち(天井と壁の内角部等)にカビが生えていて浴室全体がカビ臭かった。
バスタブの縁がザラザラしてました。たぶん長年の汚れが固まったものだと思います。爪でゴシゴシ擦ったらツルツルになりましたから。
