Pros:

台風の影響で予定していた高速船が欠航となり、急遽延泊することになりました。
高速船の運航状況について困ってフロントの方に相談したところ、なかなか電話が繋がらない中、西之表港へ電話をかけてくださったり、どうすれば帰れるか一緒に色々と考えてくださったりと、本当に親身になって対応してくださいました。
欠航が続き、いつ帰れるか分からず不安な状況だったので、フロントの方の優しさが本当に心強く、とてもありがたかったです。
最終的には飛行機に変更して無事に帰ることができました。 ホテルの目の前から空港行きのバスに乗れたのも、とても便利で助かりました！
今回こちらに宿泊して本当に良かったです。 親切に対応してくださったフロントの方、本当にありがとうございました。 また鹿児島に宿泊する際には、ぜひ利用したいと思います😊

連泊するならここが良い
Pros:

立地が天文館近くなのがとても良い
宿泊費も、立地を考えればとてもお得

Cons:

設備が古く感じるのが難点
若い子達ウケはあまり良くないんじゃないかと感じた

すぐ寝れた。
Pros:

価格も手ごろで目的地までの距離が徒歩で可能であったので助かりました。

Cons:

WiFiの設定説明書が見つからなかったが翌朝帰る前になって判り残念でした。壁面なとにパスワードを表示してもらえたらよかったです。

駐車場代が高い
Pros:

朝食が美味しかったですお部屋もダブルベッドで広く感じましたしゆっくり休む事ができました。朝食会場も清潔感がありスタッフの対応も良かったです😊

Cons:

駐車場が無いということでした、近くにありますが提携されていないので、
3750円と高く感じました。
