Close to main attractions, nice place to stay. Staff friendly
This was a wonderful experience for me, especially whilst staying by myself. I cannot fault the lovely hotel, the most friendly and helpful staff or the close proximity to the centre of town. My phone broke just before I arrived, all staff, including the owner's daughter, graciously let me use their phone so I could communicate with my family. Indeed, they were so warm, friendly and helpful. I can't thank them enough. Well recommended.
Great little place near the night market and walking street in Siem Reap. Room is spacious and clean. A perfect stay!
Great place to stay in siem reap
I am an English Speaking tour guide in Siem Reap,
I didn’t stay at the hotel but I tried to buy a coffee which is located in front of the hotel where it have name the same to hotel and it is a part of hotel of course, But it was so so so so upset me as I had a foreigner who is my costumer ( tourist ) asked me to helped to take a way coffee for her so I went to coffee shop located just right in front of the hotel , so I asked the woman Ice Cappuccino, and I told her I don’t know if the right flavor for my customer , suddenly, the woman was so angry and through her anger at me even kick me out with the horrible words screaming at me which made me so confused .
so I walk away as I didn’t want to argues but take it as the lesson . So I would give 1 star for her horrible customer service . *** not hotel servers but it is a part of hotel business right in front and it was the coffee shop.
Darya speaks excellent English, is warm and friendly, and serves great coffee and smoothies.
The hotel is quiet and relatively small, staff are superfriendly and helpful, and the location is great being only 5 mins away from shops, restaurants. Best food we found nearby was the Khmer Red and Green curry restaurant.
Nice hotel near the center (Old Market, Pub Street) with a beautiful swimming pool. The staff at the reception is very friendly, the cleaning ladies are less so. Not always enough toilet paper. My room was big and beautifully decorated.
Good luck getting a restful night sleep, just go across the street and party at the Mad Monkey.
The property wasn't bad but rather old and not in the best condition. It was also just a little farther than I'd like from the downtown area. No restaurant. There are some gorgeous options closer to town for just a few dollars more and well worth it.
I really enjoyed my 6 night in total I stayed at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were spotless. The manager was so kind and helpful and there's a shop next door to get supplies. Also the pool is beautiful to cool down. My favourite hotel so far in Cambodia! He also changed my 50 dollar notes twice to smaller money which was very useful.
Our room was spacious and clean. What we really enjoyed was the staff. When our arrival got delayed multiple times they were still able to organize a tuk tuk to quickly pick us up at the bus station. They helped organize a driver to take us through Angkor Wat and packed snacks for us to take. There is a bit of walk to get to downtown, but nothing too bad. Highly recommended, especially considering the price.
We’ve been there for our honeymoon and the hotel gave us more that what we paid for. Hotel staff are helpful and accommodating. The room was huge and clean. Breakfast near the pool was elegantly superb. Food was delicious. Overall it was a royal-feel vacation for me and my hubby. We miss riding the tuktuk going to Cambodia’s best destinations

We don't think the photos do justice.....how can a photo show the friendly owners...the brilliant staff.?we arrived and the room was spotless....huge double bed....fridge....bathroom with amazing shower....full bath.....The room was kept spotless.breakfast was simple but enough....coffee replenished regularly too......The pool area was a delightful ....and towels provided.visited local lavender spa almost daily.
5 nights in this cosey comftable hotel the staff are very lovely.
Great location a quick tuc tuc ride or a nice walk to most of the local hot spots. Would come back. Staff took excellent care of us. Definitely recommend.
I try not to give bad reviews as we are talking people's businesses and livelihoods so I try to keep it honest.
Pros: Great sized room. Great sized bathroom and wet room. Clean and tidy and good cleaning staff and helpful reception staff.Prices for drinks in minibar and laundry..very very fair. The airport pickup was great. Quiet area.
Cons: Further out from town centre as Agoda on Google would have you believe!
I walk a lot but in the heat, you need a tuk-tuk taxi service!
No bar area to relax, they have a breakfast room with limited opening hours. Swimming pool in a very ' compact garden '
Located conveniently within walking distance of the bustling tourist areas yet far enough so that it is peaceful and quiet. The people here make the difference; Pich and his team made sure our stay was comfortable and we are very happy with the day trips and guides they arranged for us.
We loved our stay at Asanak; the managers and staff are friendly and helpful and the beds are so comfortable (we’ve travelled extensively in Asia, so it was a pleasant surprise). We loved the salt water swimming pool and that the rooms had bath tubs.
The breakfast is so so, but the coffee is good.
The location is nice because it’s in a quieter part of town, but close enough to walk to the good restaurants. Would definitely stay again.
***would actually give 4.5/5***
Great hotel! Rooms and bathroom were clean and simple. Air conditioning worked well. Location was pretty good, especially if you use a tuk tuk service. Service was very good, and staff were friendly. My only complaint was that some of the towels smelled and I had to ask for new ones.
Lovely first impression, as a hotel tuk tuk drove us from the airport to the hotel. Hotel staff are very warm and friendly, which was great. The hotel itself was very nice, the rooms were air conditioned and comfortable. The pool is fun, and there are toys that you can use there. Only cons about this hotel was that we found a dead bug in the towels and sometimes the towels had a mildew scent.
Our family of 4 stayed at Asanak for 6 days 5 nights in a 2 connecting room with spacious bathroom on the 2nd floor. I am impressed that the room and bathroom are consistently clean throughout my stay.
The hotel had his own convenient shop which offers essential supplies at same price as compare to other shops nearby.
The hotel is about 20 mins walking distance to the pub street and there are many less expensive restaurants near the hotel with plenty of choices choose from.
Breakfast is complimentary, the omelette served was tasty and the limited choices available is sufficient for our family.
Our Tuk Tuk driver is Chey (provided by the hotel), a very friendly guy whom was willing to take me as see as many Temples as possible and even to a remotest temple that he has never been. He even brought me to visit his Friend Din’s whom shown me their farm.
Overall I impressed of my stay in Asanak would definitely be back when I visit Siem Reap again.
