Clean with lots of character. Would stay again in the cooler weather.

Nice old place with lots of character. Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Hit nights and no fan to cool the room down. Very warm room so an uncomfortable nights sleep due to the heat. A ceiling fan would have been perfect.

Lovely staff but very run down and in need of updating
Pros:

Very basic hotel needs updating. We had deluxe rooms but not sure what made them deluxe. The bathroom was lovely but the room had absolutely no storage or drawers for our clothes so they just went in top of our cases. And no kind of fridge and no water supplied (although they did once I requested it). The photos on here aren’t from the hotel we were in, we chose the top rooms and they were still very basic. The staff were lovely and did what they could to help us (one poor woman was doing everything on her own ) but the hotel was still very run down. Not even anywhere to park

Good Location.
Pros:

The hotel was ideally located and the room was large.

Cons:

We stayed in room 2. The shower tray flooded and the water did not drain away, we kept having to stop the shower. The toilet seat kept moving and the toilet roll holder was broken. The bin in our bathroom had not been emptied. We were only staying one night so we made the best of it.

Pros:

My room was very big.

Cons:

The bin in the bathroom was very old and didnt work. Only a little thing but it spoilt the whole ambience of the place. So did the posters stuck behind the mirror telling you how to work the shower and taps. This hotel definitely needs more staff too.

Outstanding Service in a Chic Setting! ✨
Pros:

Even though the hotel was incredibly busy when we arrived, the service we received at reception was absolutely outstanding. The two receptionists working were professional, welcoming, and handled the rush with absolute grace—they really made us feel valued right from the start.
The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous and has such a chic, beautiful vibe. Exceptional service like this is hard to find when a place is packed, but they nailed it.
Five stars for the fantastic team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The entrance steps and the door,entrance in general very poor. It is very off putting. Looks dirty and unkempt. It wouldn't entice you inside Firtst impressions are everything
