MaxOne Sabang Jakarta

Very good value hotel with everything you need.
It’s about eight minutes walk from the main tourist attraction, independent square.

The hotel is in the heart of the Sabang street food area. Every evening there will be dozens of food stalls. Great atmosphere and dining.
The rooms in the hotel are very small and outdated. The bed is great.

It did not meet my expectations.

The interior of the hotel was lovely, and the staff were kind.

Nice clean and cozy hotel in the middle of the town, l use it for more than years ago and l always find it accessible in terms of quality and price. Even if the street is messy and congested of traffic and street sellers. Even traveling alone, you never find yourself alone there.

はじめてのジャカルタ滞在、土日で2泊利用。

立地・・・ホテル周辺は週末だったこともあるが、屋台街で混雑し、道は汚く歩きづらい。バスは危険、地下鉄は通っていないので、移動はGrabtaxiを使ったので、ホテルの立地の良さを感じることはなかった。

施設・・・タオルのサイズがバスタオルのみ、小さめのサイズが配置されていない。ヘアドライヤーは、スタッフにお願いして借りたが、取っ手の蝶番が壊れているし、風向きを変えるパーツがないし、ホテルで出すクオリティではなかった。ボディーソープ兼シャンプーがポンプ式で設置されていたが、使う気にならず、コンビニで固形石鹸を買った。

清潔さ・・・デザインできれいに見せているが、清潔感は感じなかった。ベッドの下には、何かの顆粒が落ちていた。シャワールームの掃除がいまいち、2泊目はシャワールームの床に髪の毛が残っていた。

Goede kamer, fijne ophaalservice vanuit vliegveld. Ze doen echt moeite om je op te halen waar je ook staat. Midden in een drukke straat met allerlei eettentjes. Voor de eerste dag op Jakarta kijk je meteen je ogen uit. Personeel heel vriendelijk, maar spreken niet zo goed Engels. Met wat geduld kom je er wel

It is at strategic location, close to Sarinah, restaurants, and hotel is clean.

飯店位置很棒，離Monas和tj Bank Indonesia站很近，晚上整條街都是小吃和餐廳。超市和換錢的也在30公尺內。飯店房間比較小且會有小螞蟻，除此之外服務和清潔都還不錯。

If you wish to stay at the heart of establishments..from grand indonesia to tanah abang to thamrin city to sarinah plus the landmarks nearby...then this hotel is for you...however the staff is not so friendly & allow smoking in the dining area...even if they only serve simple breakfast the coffee taste good anyway..what else you need when you are just staying for a few days and all you care is a good night sleep...aside from the availability of taxis & motorcab outside the hotel there are many restaurants and streetfoods along the road you can choose...just walk around the corner it is all short distance...the location is good and safe!

MaxOne is a medium priced designer hotel chain, I used the one in Central Jakarta close to Monument Nasional. Since the hallway had an open connection with outside you could hear some street noise in your room. You needed a room card to use the elevator but the card reader did not work too well. Very nice and helpful staff. Nice coffee shop and breakfast. Close to a Transjakarta bus stop.

夜になると界隈に屋台も多くでて、コンビニも近く便利。７階に宿泊したが、眺めも〇。設備・建物も新しく綺麗。ただ、客室階のフロアが外とつながっているためか、部屋の空気があまり良くない気がした。

The hotel has great potential but was not value for money. No fridge; no tea/coffee making facilities; you could pick up the security safe and carry it away! The card-door opening system was hopeless; EVERY DAY had problems opening the door; had to get the cards re-activated; get someone from management to let me into my room. Lack of English language at Reception an issue.
I will not be recommending the hotel to friends to stay

Overall comfortable good room, good variety TV internet ok, good bathroom showers, good service and attention, , could use larger window though, I'd stay again

I would love to stay longer if I could. Perhaps I got another thing to catch up. Totally worth to stay and very nice air conditioning . The staff also good and people local so eco friendly

The room is dimly lit, not enough for modern hotel right now. The aircon is not cool enough and the lobby even though it's using aircon, but not cool enough

Room itself is ok in terms of value of price and mattress is good. The hotel interior design looks good and modern as well. The problem is about cleanliness of bath room
