Pros:

Communication ahead of arrival and throughout our stay went above and beyond.

Raymond at the Bar was a great time ! The food at Cool Beans just in front of the property has great food, prepare to spread 1.5/2 hrs there as it's a small over water kitchen, worth it!

We would definitely come back to Ocean Tide?

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und gut eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Zu Fuß ist man schnell in der City.

Cons:

Für mich etwas zu laut, Zimmer 1.etage neben Bar und Pool. Die Lage ist direkt am Meer, aber schwimmen kann man nicht dort. Für Leute die Part wollen und direkt zum tauchen gehen ist es optimal.

Amazing stay on the ocean front
Pros:

Lugar genial en San Pedro
Pros:

La atención es excepcional y la bebida de cortesía a la llegada es un plus.
El servicio en la alberca fue excelente. El entorno es muy tranquilo y la opción de caminar al muelle y la playa al atardecer o amanecer es genial.
Está muy bien comunicado con muchas opciones alrededor.

Cons:

No es tan cercano al centro de San Pedro, pero aún así es una distancia muy caminable.

Hope to see some changes.
Pros:

View was great, Jiggy was helpful. And the maintenance guy was very helpful and kind.

Cons:

We were told we had a tab at the bar listed under our room, yet we never went to the bar. On the last night we tried to get our complementary drink and they ended up closing 30 min earlier than they previously told us. I took a child shower as the plumbing was backwards. The rms were very hot and machines that sucks moisture out of room pushed or hot air. The shower had tile coming up from floor and it cut my foot. If some of these things were explained at check in we probably would have had a better time.

Increíble alojamiento muy bien ubicado con personas muy amables.
Pros:

Las personas que trabajan ahi. Partiendo por Tula que nos ayudó desde antes que llegáramos muy amablemente, john que nos recogió y reymlnd que hace los mejores cócteles.

Pros:

The room was nice and good size for family of four.

Cons:

The pool was dirty and not working. The beach was closed because of sea weed and it smelled bad. There was a lot of noise at night by the bar where a big group was partying.

DISAPPOINTING & WASTE OF MONEY

The property is not well taken care off. It definitely doesn’t look like the pictures, the pool is dirty and calling it a resort is straight up ridiculous.
The communication with the manager was also questionable. I already left a long and detailed review but they deleted it.

Home Away from Home
Pros:

I went back to San Pedro (4th visit) for Lobsterfest 2025 and this was my 2nd stay at the Ocean Tide. It feels like going to visit a long-lost relative who you actually want to visit. Tula - the resort manager - is like your favorite Auntie. She picks you up from the airport, fills you in on local stuff, reminds you not to flush the tp, hands you the key, tells you not to forget your spf and have fun. Then you go to the poolside bar and Raymond, the favorite cousin, is slinging cold drinks and remembers everything that comes out of your drunk mouths each night. He is a joy, and you can tell he loves his job. Some locals may be hanging out there, too, and there's no shortage of fun company. There's even a house kitty - OT - the chillest cat I ever met.

The rooms are just right, and housekeeping does a nice job. They were upgrading a few rooms while we were there, so they take good care of the property. It's very convenient to all of the in-town beach hangouts. They have security at night, and it feels completely safe. There's also a convenience store nearby, literally a minute walk, that has affordable golf carts. Ocean Tide will be my home away from home any time I go back. P.S. ask Ray for a "Mermaid's Milk" - you're welcome.

Pros:

Great location, clean facility, and the most amazing staff. Tula is the best she had everything organized for us transportation, excursions. Jiggy took us out fishing and prepared the catch at the hotel after, full service! Can’t forget a shout out to the friendliest bartenders Raymond and Gabby and security guard Hilberto. This hotel truly has the best team. We will be back!!!
