Stylishly Updated, Best Beds on the Island!
Pros:

We found our stay at the Ocean Tide Resort extremely comfortable. We stayed at 3 separate accommodations in San Pedro as we planned our trip late and had to move around some to accommodate our dates. This was by far the most updated unit and equivalent to a 4 star accommodation in the U.S. The mattress, linens, and pillows were luxurious, The AC worked like a champ and the bathroom was stylishly updated with plenty of space, storage, a walk in shower and hooks for all of your wet towels and belongings. There was also additional storage In the wall unit which was plenty for a short stay. This is a fairly compact set up as the rooms open up straight onto the pool and deck area where there are several tables, Hammocks, loungers and a sweet little bar. It has a great vibe and we found that everyone who frequented this business was sociable and pleasant. Because of this, it does lack some privacy but that was not a concern for us. The space never felt overcrowded and it quieted down both nights by 9 o'clock. I suspect that they spent some time insulating the walls when they updated the rooms as we slept extremely well and could not hear our neighbors. The pool was all you really needed to cool down which I would think would be quite necessary during hotter times of the year especially since The sargasso seaweed and sea walls in between most accommodations and the water makes it challenging to access it conveniently. There are several very good restaurants In close proximity to the hotel which was very convenient as was the morning coffee service that was provided outside the office. If you rent a golf cart there is also parking right outside the gate. Lastly, the staff was very hospitable and accommodating, offering to pick us up and drop us off from transportation hubs should we need it. If comfort and convenience are your priorities this is the place for you!

Communication ahead of arrival and throughout our stay went above and beyond.

Raymond at the Bar was a great time ! The food at Cool Beans just in front of the property has great food, prepare to spread 1.5/2 hrs there as it's a small over water kitchen, worth it!

We would definitely come back to Ocean Tide?

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und gut eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Zu Fuß ist man schnell in der City.

Cons:

Für mich etwas zu laut, Zimmer 1.etage neben Bar und Pool. Die Lage ist direkt am Meer, aber schwimmen kann man nicht dort. Für Leute die Part wollen und direkt zum tauchen gehen ist es optimal.

Lugar genial en San Pedro
Pros:

La atención es excepcional y la bebida de cortesía a la llegada es un plus.
El servicio en la alberca fue excelente. El entorno es muy tranquilo y la opción de caminar al muelle y la playa al atardecer o amanecer es genial.
Está muy bien comunicado con muchas opciones alrededor.

Cons:

No es tan cercano al centro de San Pedro, pero aún así es una distancia muy caminable.

Hope to see some changes.
Pros:

View was great, Jiggy was helpful. And the maintenance guy was very helpful and kind.

Cons:

We were told we had a tab at the bar listed under our room, yet we never went to the bar. On the last night we tried to get our complementary drink and they ended up closing 30 min earlier than they previously told us. I took a child shower as the plumbing was backwards. The rms were very hot and machines that sucks moisture out of room pushed or hot air. The shower had tile coming up from floor and it cut my foot. If some of these things were explained at check in we probably would have had a better time.

Great rooms, tours, and staff
Pros:

We loved our stay at this place. The location is great if you want to experience San Pedro by foot or golf cart. The staff are the ones who really make this place special. There's always a laid back crowd at the bar. We went on a full day tour with Jiggy and Austin who are such great guys. They made sure we had an amazing day snorkeling and exploring.
