Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for three days. When we arrived we were a bit disappointed at the location, but it is easy to get around from there. The hotel staff are amazing - friendly, helpful and efficient. The breakfasts are fabulous, catering for every taste. Our room was quiet and had a lovely panoramic view over the city. The room was clean, had everything we needed, and the air conditioning was effective. It really good value for money, and we would definitely choose this hotel again!

U ovom hotelu odsijedam 5 godina, nekada je bio izvrsan, i jedan od najboljih, u zadnjih godinu dana vise nije tako. hotel mi je 2 puta naplatio sobu, i preko aplikacije i u keshu. Jedino je gospodja Busra A. Pokusala da mi pomogne, ostali uposleni su bili nezainteresovani.

Frühstück sehr gut - Frühstückspersonal sehr gut.
Aufzüge funktionieren gut und schnell
Lage zur Metro sehr gut
Zimmer sehr gute Betten und gute Dusche

Cons:

Personal Rezeption tws. nicht so freundlich.
Deluxe Zimmer obere Etage war gebucht. Zimmer war ok, aber ein paar Kleinigkeiten nicht so toll (Vom Badezimmer stand unter dem Schreibtisch eine Abdeckung, lose Kabel ....)
Zimmerservice teuer.
