The location was perfect.
The price was great!
The room was so cute! Definitely will be back :)
We just didn't stay long enough.
Bed was ok.
Broken doors, dirty floor, hot water took way too long to arrive for a shower, smelled like smoke in the hall. Not enough pillows and no way to get more. Terrible coffee maker.
Staff is friendly, rooms are comfortable, very quiet place to stay
Absolutely nothing , this motel is comfortable the rooms are very large and comfortable, the staff is very freidnly. And curious of all the guest
Amery stay is a cute motel, very clean, and extremely quiet you can hear a pin drop, the staff are very friendly, the beds....omg the beds are sooooo comforatable it's like your sleeping on a cloud
Loved it the motel was amazing
Location, had a vacancy.
Room was pretty high priced especially for off season. High price for low quality hotel. Very thin and cheap mattress. Usb ports at the night lamp didn't work. Bathtub faucet needs replaced. It was corroded and couldn't see which way was hot or cold. Drain stopper for the tub was missing. No screen for window.
Great place to stay
Staff is great. They called to confirm our stay. All communication was good. The sheets/bedding appeared clean.
However, my feet turned black walking around the room. Beds were hard as rocks, bedding too light for below-freezing night. The water in the shower was too cold to be usable for a hot shower in the morning. The faucet in the shower was broken so that it spun around 360 degrees. the key-lock on the building entrance was broken, thus interior not secure. We noted most of the occupants are likely active military from the nearby AFB. For civilians (me & my retired military partner), we won't stay again. My feet turned black after walking barefoot on the room's floors.
Price
Dirty, run down, heater would only go to 65 degrees. Blood on floor, smoke detector covered in plastic bag. Advertised breakfast but did not have one.
I went into the office twice during my stay. Once to check in, and once to check out. Both times it was a different employee. BOTH TIMES that I went into the office, I had to get the attention of the employee, as they were completely locked into texting on their phone. One employee looked up after I said hello, and immediately looked back down at her phone, continuing to text on her phone for about 10 seconds. She then checked me in, quite rudely, as if my presence had ruined her perfect night. Not a smile, nor a kind word was uttered by her. At checkout, I came into the office to return my room keys. Without looking up from her phone, this new girl says "we're booked" and continues to play on her phone. I had to tell her 3 TIMES that I was checking out while she kept cutting me off yelling "we're booked" for her to actually look up and see that I was holding up my room keys. I have NEVER been anywhere with service like this. I'm not even going to mention the awful state the actual hotel was in. I am never coming back.
N/A... No breakfast at this site.
Too close to freeway noise.
The staff were super friendly, especially the very sweet recepionist at check-in, her name was Dee, and she was extremely patient, helpful, and just plain friendly! She made me feel very welcome and made the check-in process smooth with her efficiency and knowledge. She deserves a raise!
Nice.
Wifi
I spent 2 weeks in the US and booked nine hotels through Booking. This was the only one where the receptionist said he couldn’t find my reservation. On top of that, he was ironic about it. He said “well, I only have reservations here for Sarah and Lauren, and you’re not Lauren, are you?" It was almost midnight, so I was really stressed about it.
He didn’t apologize, didn’t offer me another room, nothing. That was until my European husband showed up after unloading the car. Then suddenly the receptionist apologized maaaany times for the inconvenience and found a room for us right away.
Despite all that, the bathroom still had hair in the shower from previous guests, and the heater was way too dirty to even consider turning on. But it’s okay if you're lucky enough to get a respectful receptionist and are staying just a couple of nights, since it's cheap and in a good location
