Categories

Cleanliness
7.9
Rooms described as modern and 'very clean' by multiple guests; no significant cleanliness complaints.
Service
8.2
Front desk repeatedly praised (Evren, Cansu, Umut, Sercan) for professionalism, kindness and helpful local recommendations; one guest reported a billing/card error which slightly lowered score.
Location
8
Central location highlighted as ideal for exploring on foot and close to restaurants; some guests noted traffic jams and slightly dull exterior/approach lighting.
Room Quality
6.5
Mixed feedback: several guests praised comfortable beds, modern rooms and strong shower pressure, but others reported rooms being too small, windows not opening fully, AC blowing onto the bed and small washbasin/lighting issues.
Amenities
7.8
Good amenities noted (swimming pool, nice rooftop terrace, strong shower); breakfast service available. Minor friction when booking breakfast via third-party (booking.com) affected perception but not core amenities.
Value for Money
6.5
Overall stays described positively and guests would return, but billing/payment issues and difficulty adding breakfast via booking.com reduced perceived value for some guests.
Food and Beverage
8.5
Breakfast repeatedly described as excellent with a rich variety of authentic Turkish specialties, cheeses, olives and fresh bread; a few minor comments (e.g., desire for wholegrain bread).
Overall Experience
7.4
Generally positive stay with standout staff hospitality, clean rooms and great breakfast, tempered by isolated but meaningful issues (room size, AC, billing/booking friction).
