fint hotel med god beliggenhed og tæt på div restauranter

Cons:

Det ville være bedre hvis man kunne booke morgenmad via booking.com. Det er ikke første gang, at der ikke har været mulighed for at tilvælge morgenmad før man er på hotellet. Dette kan sagtens lade sig gøre når man booker udenom booking.com

Not worth the Hilton Name nor the money
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and kind and room service was good and fast.
Centrally located within walking distance distance to the basar etc. shops right in front including super market

Cons:

Honestly, possibly worst “Hilton” I h e stayed in and doesn’t deserve the Hilton name. Found hotel and room run down and not worth the money. Breakfast was absolutely abysmal! Not even worth half the price they charge. Even an Ibis hotel has better breakfast and more choice than the Hilton here. Would not stay there again.
Pool is tiny (more like a large whirlpool). My window wouldn’t close, toilet barely flushed… asked to have things fixed 3 times - it never happened.

Great People!
Pros:

The staff at this DoubleTree were wonderful and on spot. A big shout out to Elif, Ceren, İbrahim, and Sercan for their hospitality and cheerful attitudes. Breakfast is plentiful, clean rooms.

My stay was 28 days.

Pros:

Great location. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Some staffs are not too courteous. I was woke up by a call from reception at 1:00 am in the morning just to inquire if I had a guest in my room. The guy didn’t have the decency to apologize for disturbing me at that hour of the night.

Very let down by DoubleTree Izmir
Pros:

I was really disappointed with my stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Izmir. The toilets had an unpleasant smell throughout our visit, which made the room uncomfortable. The facilities and overall look of the room were not the same as shown online the photos gave a much better impression than what we actually experienced.

When we raised our concerns with the staff at reception, the response was very dismissive. The member of staff we spoke to seemed uninterested and offered no real help or solution, which made the situation even more frustrating.

For a Hilton brand hotel, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and customer service. Unfortunately, this stay did not live up to expectations.

We have returned to this hotel a few times over the last decade. Very comfortable hotel. With attentive staff.
Pros:

Breakfast an experience, organic honey, omelettes. . Hotel staff with a warm and friendly can do attitude. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Pros:

I booked in at the Hilton for 3 nights with my son, as I had a check up at the dentist.
We were relaxing around the pool area today and noticed cleaners moving sun beds and furniture. We were asked to leave by the cleaners as there was a wedding !!! We asked where we could go and sit ? My self and another couple went to Reception to speak to the manager to find out why we had not Been told this ! The receptionist said there was a notice on the reception desk, unless you were going to reception you wouldn’t have took Aby notice of this. We were told to take a seat and the Manager would be with us in 15 mins this was at 2pm it’s now 15:32 pm no manager.
I am disgusted !!!

Pros:

Ruime kamer, grote badkamer, heerlijke airco. Geen last van de buiten geluiden ondanks dat er recht tegenover het hotel een bouwplaats is.
Ontzettend mooi uitzicht op het dakterras

Cons:

Het zwembad is erg klein, hier zouden betere fotos van moeten zijn voor bij de advertentie
