Nice stay in Izmir
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Izmir and would gladly return. The room was modern, comfortable, and very clean, while the hotel’s central location made it easy to explore the city on foot.

Breakfast was excellent, with a rich variety of authentic Turkish specialties, including delicious meze, a great selection of cheeses, olives, fresh bread, and many other local dishes. It was the perfect way to start each day.

What truly made this stay exceptional was the front desk team. A special thank you to Mr. Evren, whose professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality stood out throughout our stay. I would also like to thank Cansu, Umut, and Sercan for always being welcoming, helpful, and ready with fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. Their advice helped us experience the best of Izmir.

The warmth and hospitality of the entire team made us feel genuinely welcome. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Izmir!

Underligt, at min reservering var foretaget på et kreditkort nummer som ikke var mit kreditkort nummer. Beløbet er dog trukket på mit nr. Nok en fejl 40.

Great for a short stay
Pros:

The bed is extremely comfortable. The shower is great for a short stay.

I changed my flight earlier than planned so I didn’t try the breakfast. Overall it was a good stay, I had a brief refreshment as I wished.

Cons:

The location is good but travelers may encounter traffic jams easily. The lighting seemed a bit dull when I came.

Die Lage ist toll, in der Dusche sehr guter Wasserdruck. Sehr schöne Dachterrasse.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war viel zu klein. Fenster liess sich nicht ganz öffnen, Waschtisch viel zu klein.

fint hotel med god beliggenhed og tæt på div restauranter

Cons:

Det ville være bedre hvis man kunne booke morgenmad via booking.com. Det er ikke første gang, at der ikke har været mulighed for at tilvælge morgenmad før man er på hotellet. Dette kan sagtens lade sig gøre når man booker udenom booking.com

Not worth the Hilton Name nor the money
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and kind and room service was good and fast.
Centrally located within walking distance distance to the basar etc. shops right in front including super market

Cons:

Honestly, possibly worst “Hilton” I h e stayed in and doesn’t deserve the Hilton name. Found hotel and room run down and not worth the money. Breakfast was absolutely abysmal! Not even worth half the price they charge. Even an Ibis hotel has better breakfast and more choice than the Hilton here. Would not stay there again.
Pool is tiny (more like a large whirlpool). My window wouldn’t close, toilet barely flushed… asked to have things fixed 3 times - it never happened.
