A welcoming member of staff checked me in quickly and valet parking was free . Everything looked fine until entering the bathroom . The latch on the door didn’t work , the bottom of the door was falling apart . The shower was difficult to use as water cascaded onto the floor . It was so run down I got the room changed . The hotel is in desperate need of a renovation and was not worth the 140 odd USD to stay there. There are plenty of better hotels at a similar price . Won’t stay again .
Great breakfast! The staff serving breakfast were the best, they were very professional and very attentive. I felt I was in a luxury restaurant.

The hotel was perfect for what I needed, the staff team were all really nice.and helpful, the room was good not big but comfy and clean , the bed was comfy the shower was good. The sun terrace was great . Breakfast choice was excellent . Couldn’t fault it . Thank you

I Had such a very lovely stay & I was a lone, single American. Woke up to inexpensive wonderful Room Service, everything so fresh & would order tea & dessert in evening in the room. They even delivered a beautiful cake on my birthday. I felt very safe & walked to the Bazaar, clock tower, Pier waterfront, shops & restaurants. I just kept situational awareness. I tripped once on street & 3 men happened to be right there (2 in uniform like security) & they insisted in helping me up, seated me at cafe & got me a tea. I felt so cared for. Front desk so kind & taxis always waiting. Wonderful stay!!

Nice hotel very well located.
Rooms are very clean and spacious.
There is very nice restaurant with a great view on the city. I was disappointed by the swimming pool that looks way bigger in the pictures. Also the prices of massages at the spa are excessively overpriced, considering the costs in Turkey.
