Fantastic stay at the Espina hotel, exceptional staff, exceptional and always personal service. Delighted with my stay.
Pros:

The staff at the Espina Hotel are the best I have ever encountered in all my years of travelling. The reception staff are exceptional and deliver personal attention at all times, nothing is too much trouble. How often does a member of staff call someone by their first name? I have never encountered this before and to me that goes above and beyond delivering a good service - this is exceptional service.
The rooms are really well maintained, the bed linen and towels are changed daily and housekeeping provide a great service. This is the first time in a hotel that water has been left in the fridge daily - this is really appreciated and again is another example of exceptional service.
Breakfast is substantial and presented well, the staff are so helpful.
I really have enjoyed my stay here, especially having a room with a sea view, and I will recommend the Espina Hotel to my family and friends.

Die Türkei ist schön, leider als Tourist wird man fast überall ausgebeutet.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage. Bei etwas Glück bekommt man sogar ein Zimmer mit direktem Meerblick vom Balkon aus.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte allerdings besser sein. Das Hotel besteht aus zwei Bereichen: Ein Teil beherbergt die Rezeption, die Bar und das Restaurant, während sich im anderen Teil nur die Zimmer befinden. Besonders am unteren Eingang ist das Tor oft geschlossen, sodass man klingeln muss, um hineinzukommen. Wenn niemand an der Rezeption ist, kann es eine Weile dauern, bis jemand öffnet, das ist manchmal etwas nervig. Swimmingpool ist sehr klein.

В 8-30 начали громко разговаривать и чем-то стучать горничные. Мы были с дороги, не успели выспаться

Oda temiz ve konforluydu. Odamızı upgrade edip çok güzel manzarası olan bir oda verdiler bu nazik hareket için teşekkür ederiz. Kahvaltı güne hızlı bir başlangıç yapıp çıkış yapmak için yeterli. Bu fiyatlara kalınabilecek nadir güzel otellerden.

Pros:

Stylish, clean hotel with friendly staff. Only downfall is the breakfast was basic, turkish style.

This could be improved considering majority of guests are english staying for dental work. Even some pastries would be great. I only ate at the hotel once because of this
