Pros:

I knew what I was getting when I signed up. The place is safe, clean, and suitable for its purpose. The location was excellent. The staff was great. I actually liked the side of the building facing the thruway. It was peaceful. The property has flowering trees, landscaped grassed areas, and a bench.

Cons:

The unit cooling the room made a little more noise than I would have liked. I kept it turned off when I went to sleep. The toilet ran for a bit, but that stopped soon enough. All in all, these small things are par for the course.
