Good, but...
Pros:

Very cute and quiet. It's more of a family apartment hotel, not luxury. The suites are clean, spacious and well equipped. There is not enough storage room though (I had to put things on the ironing board). And the bathrooms definitely need an upgrade. The mezzanine level has breakfast with limited selections and all-day coffee, a few snacks and soft drinks. I guess pretty good value overall, but the dated bathrooms are a minus.

Perfect hotel located in the Melbourne CBD.
Pros:

Our six night stay at the Treasury on Collins could not have been any better. Perfect location to downtown, very clean, quiet, and fantastic breakfast. The wind down period which involved a two hour wine happy hour each afternoon was a treat, and the entire staff were so nice and accommodating to us during our visit. The Concierge Nicky checked us in and every time we saw her she greeted us with a smile and asked how our day was going. Joe was so nice - we thoroughly enjoyed seeing him. Our room included a great breakfast, and there were snacks available 24 hours a day for people who booked directly with the hotel. The hotel itself is located in a great area of the CBD - easy to walk to top notch restaurants, tea houses, shopping and activities.
The Treasury is great value for the money - my wife and I whole heartedly recommend anyone to stay here - it was perfect.

Cons:

The price to stay was slightly higher than the quality. Would have stayed longer but the prices were over 200% higher because it was F1 week. Disappointing that hotels still cash in on events.

Pros:

The room had everything I needed. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a cozy living room in the corner of the room, the bed is comfortable, the room is clean.

Great apartment hotel in Melbourne
Pros:

The seats and drinks and snacks at the mazanine are lovely. Easy to seat down and meet with friends. Room is sparkling clean, absolutely love it.

Cons:

Washing machine dry function is not good to use, taking very long time and can't fully dry clothes.
