Pros:

This is one of the best places that we have stayed in Australia or overseas. Beautifully restored building, great location, lovely apartment style rooms, friendly, helpful staff, delicious buffet breakfast, free wine time daily and free top quality snacks and bottled water daily. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Melbourne. Thank you Treasury on Collins for an awesome stay.

楽しかった
Pros:

ホテルの近くにトラムの乗り場があり、交通の便がいい。ホテルのスタッフは感じがいい。
ラウンジでドリンクが飲めるのが嬉しい。

Cons:

設備がボロボロで、あちこち壊れていて困った。
テレビはひどいノイズがあって観ることが出来なかった。これが一番残念だった。
トースターは壊れている。ティッシュは空のものが設置されている。
色々不備が多く、残念だった。
また来たいので、次までに改善して欲しい。

部屋が広く、快適に過ごせました。アクセスも良いですが、トラム駅はホテルの真ん前ではなく、数百メートル離れています。

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel had a magical atmosphere, with friendly staff.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was lovely and spacious - somewhat too big for just the two of us. We spent most of our time in the loft area of our apartment. The beds were comfy, the bathroom was clean, although somewhat dated.

The breakfast was lovely, as was the complimentary snack station. I think it’s worth noting that the overall feel and atmosphere of the hotel was just magic. The staff were so very friendly and genuinely happy to be of service. The “wine down” wine each evening was also greatly appreciated and thoroughly enjoyed.

Cons:

We were staying on Level One, and it was quite noisy at times. We could hear a lot of partying on the street, as well as police sirens throughout the evening. Thankfully, after midnight it settled down and was no longer an issue. I think if we had been staying on a higher level, we likely would have experienced much less noise. The spa bath was also quite dirty, so we avoided turning on the jets.

It was spacious, it is like time sharing apartments. The room has kitchen & close to restaurants.
Pros:

Location & wine in the afternoon & biscuits lots of them.

Cons:

Breakfast is mediocre . I prefer better breakfast than afternoon tea.

Perfect place to enjoy a rejuvenating weekend!
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Location was great. Ambience and service 2nd to none.. Mezzanine was a lovely, relaxing and quiet space to relax and enjoy a pre dinner glass of wine. Not crowded, staff were all very accommodating and happy to oblige. The complimentary snack bar was also a ‘make yourself at home touch’ .

Cons:

Nothin. Hit the spot for me.

Fantastic Hotel
Pros:

From the moment we walked into the reception we were made to feel like royalty. Staff were exceptional. Our apartment was wonderful and spacious. Loved the fact we could wash and dry our clothes within our apartment. Great location. It was so good we booked an extra night. Breakfast was fabulous. We will be back.

A recommended hotel that exceeded expectations
Pros:

This hotel was recommended to us and it exceeded expectations. The Wind Down each afternoon was most welcome. The staff were all very friendly and added to the enjoyment of our stay. Large, clean room; quiet; great atmosphere in this historic building; good location. Would stay there again.
