We had a lovely overnight with beautiful city views and super yummy buffet brunch!
Tout le charme de Bordeaux dans cet hôtel particulier en plein centre-ville !
Tout est parfait
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la cour intérieure et la décoration qui donne l’impression d’être chez soi
All of the receptionists were very helpful and accomodating. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit cups, meat and cheese tray, yogurt and bread. Very convenient to walk to all sights we planned to see.
We like that hotel because the rooms are bigger and the location is great. Unfortunately our room was in the ground floor and not that nice was the ones we had before.
Very good
The young woman at the reception was nice and helpful. It was a good area.
Great location
Loved it. Great location, close to Cathedral. Friendly staff, lovely old building with an interesting history. Only comment is that the couch could have been a bit more comfortable.
superb from start to finish ! Central location but on a quiet street ! The hotel was AMAZING and the staff were excellent. Comfortable and spotless clean . Will be back
Great service, friendly staff
Noisy on Saturday night, until 4:00 am
Convenient to downtown
A bit dated, generally well kept
The staff were very friendly and spoke fluent English. The location was perfectly central to the old town.
Nothing like the photos. We were a bit unlucky with timing- a festival this weekend, which made the city crowded and hotel prices very high. But this place is a dump: a shabby curtain for a door to the bathroom, the shower door gone, replaced with another makeshift curtain, cheap furniture, a loose toilet seat, a roll holder that fell apart. I travel a lot; this was the worst hotel ever.
Great rooms and location.
We loved the location of the hotel. It was within easy access to the city & also the tram line. The apartment was spacious & very comfortable. We bought our own breakfast items from the Monoprix, located 2 minutes from the hotel. The staff were fabulous & very helpful. I would highly recommend staying here & if we were to return, we would book again. Hopefully in the same room as we didn’t have to climb the stairs. We weren’t keen on the smoking area, which was near our room, but there are a lot of smokers in France! Thank you.
Property was very nice and historical, staff was great and friendly. Good of location and safe, would stay here again
Felt although it was good, it was overpriced and they tried to get extra out of you any way. Extra 15€ to wash dishes ?
Wonderful interior garden. Beautiful large rooms. Quintessential french. Very pleasant.
Rooms photographed better than they were in real life. Kind of grungy. Tight access to cabinets made them almost useless. One of the worst shower drains I've had in Europe and that took trying. Even the cleaning staff clearly had trouble with it s they kept putting it back on wrong. No safe.
Staff were great. Location was good.
Neat place
Great location, very nice room and brilliant staff :-)
