Was unhappy I had to be put upstairs because I asked for a microwave and ref.

The staff calling out to each other while cleaning. Get radios... and the male grounds keeper? walking past plastic bag on the ground repeatedly. I thought i was getting a room with micro and ref as before but at the check in was putting me in a different room. they said they normally charge but would comp them to me. Odd I also thought the price was more than I ever imagined. while friendly they acted very confused. I asked earlier in the day and yet when I showed up after 4 pm they brought it up and said they had to check. It was awkward to keep being told it was comped and they didn't seem pleased that i booked though booking.com

Location was good. Close to main highway and/or grocery store and multiple eating places.

Cons:

The room did not have a refrigerator! The bathtub was old, dingy, repaired and I didn't even want to get in it to shower. The light outside my room was ridiculously bright and lit up my whole room even with blinds closed.

It was very disappointing.

The rooms needed some work in the cleaning area as the bathroom has residuals of previous guests. In addition the toilet was clogged and unusable. The manager offered another working room so we can spent the night. We needed to cancel the rest of the stay.
