Excellent hotel for the price. The location is a definite 5+.
Pros:

Great location, a nice comfortable room, and convenient parking.

Cons:

There was no refrigerator or coffee maker in the room, which was disappointing since those are important to me. Other than that, everything was fine. I would still recommend it.

Felt safe good location but the bed sheets were disgusting. I did ask for two keys and received one
