Convenient, affordable,pet friendly
Pros:

We have stayed at this location on prior dates and found our a room to be acceptable. We usually choose Motel 6 because we travel with our small dog. we understand that Motel 6 is not a five star resort, but we DO expect to have a clean room and a semi-comfortable bed. We were in room number 101 last weekend. The room had an odor, floors were dirty, and the bed was terribly uncomfortable. The odor was not a pet odor. It was like an old dusty room may have come from the heater. After getting water from the shower on the floor, I used a towel which became black from wiping the floor. In my opinion, that is unsanitary. We could’ve asked to change the room, but we didn’t discover the problems because we checked in late.

Affordable and close to solvany
Pros:

The large area across the street to walk the dogs . Lester the manager was accommodating

Cons:

The police driving thru all the time. No fridge or microwave

Perfect Shuttle Spot
Pros:

Good location for catching the early morning Central Coast shuttle. Easy walk to several fast food restaurants.

Cons:

Price was comparable to area others. However, amenities were not. No microwave, no in-room coffee, and no shampoo nor lotion. Room was not clean - hair on towels and on floor.

There seems to be no real or expert maintenance. The bathroom was dirty. The shower is black with mold and filthy floors. There is years worth sudsy soap scum built up on the fiberglass shower pan and surround.
The very cheap looking vinyl flooring is so firty, it turned my feet black as I took my shoes off ff to walk sroud barefuus(

I stayed two nights, I hate that the rate changes daily
