Pros:

When I was checking in . I was told only room available had no ac working.. once I told them to cancel they found me a room with working AC. A bit noisy a night, all supplies provided are labeled from motel6.

We didn't feel safe, and the room was not clean.
Pros:

The staff was very nice. They maintained the trash cans.

Cons:

The location is a sort of in a bad part off the freeway. It didn't feel safe. At night there were people that appeared to live there, and they didn't look safe. The parking lot was dirty, people doing drug deals, etc. The pictures on booking.com were nice and indicated newly renovated rooms. I didn't find out until we arrived it was actually a Motel 6. It looks like the owners of this property took the pictures from the newly remodeled Motel 6 rooms and advertised this way. The rooms felt like they hadn't been cleaned, the floor was dirty, the beds are dense foam mattresses that are not comfortable, and the doors don't feel like they close properly. We didn't feel safe and we didn't feel our belongings were safe in our room when we were gone.

Give this place a chance to impress, the old reviews do not reflect current conditions.
Pros:

The reception at the front desk was friendly and efficent. The room was clean, quiet, and the A/C was working well. Based on the previous old reviews, all of these exceeded my expecations. I was able to actually park right in front of my room. A well lit parking lot with curtains in the room that blocked all light was great. Although the towels were not high end, they were soft and absorbent. The mattress while firm felt to be foam and conformed to my body well, providing cushioning and support. While located next to I-5 it was quiet.

Cons:

There were four bath towels and washcloths, but I don't remember finding hand towels. The Vagabond Signage with Motel 6 soaps is a bit confusing.

Great place for a short stay
Pros:

The price was affordable and the beds were comfortable. There was cold AC that helped alleviate the warm temperatures outside.

The issue that it was a section 8 hotel and it was not noted on the advertisement… too many homeless
Police activity at night, too many people outside late at night. No iron, refrigerator nor blue dryer in the room.
